Politics › Re: 2023: Let Yoruba Produce President To Avoid Crisis - Afenifere Spits Fire by Redcrafton: 10:54am On Jan 07, 2021 |
foleskay: I think its only d Yoruba tribe that has d intellectual acumen to lead this country to its great stride. D Yoruba is d most eXposed , well traveled, most educated, most sagacious tribe that could take this country out of the security and financial dungeon it finds it self rt now. The stats are there. The Yorubas had it for 8 good years... Today they are having a VP for another 8 years and Nigeria has remained one of the worse countries on earth... So what are you blabbing about? Why not say ONLY the Yorubas should be Nigeria president for ever? You are a kid though. |

MckenzieSkyBlog: A socio-cultural and political group for the Yorubas people, the Yoruba Patriots Movement (YPM), and Pan-Yoruba socio-political group Afenifere, on Wednesday, insisted on zoning 2023 presidency to the South-West to avoid a crisis.
The South-West group contended that the Constitution of the nation only recognizes three areas of North, West and East; saying that Obasanjo has represented the Yoruba, Jonathan had ruled for the East while Buhari is currently representing the North.
They informed members of All Progressives Congress (APC) to respect pre-2015 elections to guarantee fairness and equity avert a possible crisis in the country.
Speaking yesterday in Ibadan at a press conference heralding a Yoruba summit tagged: “Yoruba nation yesterday, today and tomorrow” the YPM National Coordinator, Mr. Oladosu Oladipo said anything aside from Yoruba president in 2023 won't go on without serious consequences.
He stated: "You can't be a decent Nigerian without being a decent Yoruba man. Our fair share must be given to us in Nigeria. This Summit is not partisan but political.

If the US could stop aid to these clowns up there...they will receive sense.
They produce nothing but live on aid from overseas and southern Nigeria.
What does Kaduna contribute to the nation?
All the FG do is to tax the south through VAT on products including beer the north does not consume, stamp duties and taxes on bank transactions of which very few northerners are educated to have accounts and buy shares, custom duties of which minute northerners do import and export....Now they are circling dormant account and unclaimed dividends which are owed mainly by the southerners.
This is why this country need restructuring so that people like this man can find a real job. |

001spice: Please let the south, west and the region east. Stay away from the happening in the north. It a brotherly affair. Boko haram r only having fun with their brothers. Let`s the fun ride on. Yes. Otherwise why will must northerners beg for python dance 1, 2,3... be sent to the SE but would never ask for same to engage Bokoh. And also Shettima of AYF knows where he can gather the northern terrorists to engage ESN if Kanu refuse to shut down in 7 days. The north knows what they are doing. |

danilmo: under which party is SE looking for presidency?? hope not under Tinubu Islamic party that they insult.
I don't know why SE lack reality of politics like this.. Beg TINUBU to step down and see as things works but rather u keep calling him thiefnunubu, fighting the wrong person because of GEJ loss revenge , no p na meanwhile nobody is stopping any1 from contesting bro.. APC has already prepared to fight ATIKU north... Do you even know the parties that emerged to form APC? How has calling Tinubu name matter? Was it Igbo leaders that called him names. Didn't same Tinubu reject Buhari in 2003? If nobody is stepping down than the contest should be opened to the north. To hell with north and south rotation. The after that there should be no quota system as the best candidates should should get the jobs and entrance into schools. Nigeria is never designed to work, as it fraught with ambiguities. While people like you will continue to shift the goal post to atisfy your greed and selfish interest. |

Paretomaster1: Good luck with that, as long as u r nit waiting for the Presidency to be handed over to you like plate of Akpu...
One thing is sure, you have no political allies... What political allies did Obj have in 1999 Did he even know when PDP was formed? Selfish people always find a way to give a d*g a bad name to hang it. |

danilmo: ajimobi brought Oyo factor, not tinubu, ekiti then was fayose factor which he is even currently rooting for BAT now even as a PDP man, Ondo I don't know what u mean, even Lagos self I don't know o... state politic is way tougher compared to national where tribal sentiment comes and as far as national is concern TINUBU is d deal , we choose not to go TINUBU way because we don't want buhari not tinubu grib but SW manage to deliver to an extent.
U mean wen TINUBU is rooting for himself gan gan or Bringing forth Osinbanjo SW will give 95% bloc landslide for BAT opinion..
I can see u don't know politics power play, with the current stride in SW even PDP will have to support BAT as per Yoruba Agenda slogan only. lol.
it can only take d like of Tinubu to make the movement u guys wanted, once TINUBU step down for igbo nobody in SW ll come out again as the latest preaching will b southern agenda shout but fact is u guys need to pay Tinubu homage first and since u guys aren't ready let the game continue, all reality is showing that APC is winning 2023 on whoever they choose..
APC already know u Igbo will support pdp of ATIKU and I think they are well prepared for it..
Zulum will deliver Bornu for APC Ganduje will deliver Elrufai self will deliver Kastina will deliver Middle belt will deliver since it's Yoruba on ticket Niger will deliver SW will deliver u see all those northern governor that visited BAT last month ?? relax
which are all for BAT national favour..
the game is on let's see howfar naw. lol Greedy people will always want to support their own. SW and SS have had their turn. SE should be supported like the SW was supported in 1999 to produce the two candidates. If you want he contest to be opened, then the north MUST contest as well. Nobody cares about who can deliver as this was not considered when Obasanjo came from Kuje prison and won in 1999. |

abragr8: I support a Nigerian President from Igbo Extradition. However do a little research about Catalonia in Spain. You will discover that a small part of a country can decide to develop on their own and even be greater than the country they live in. No part of Nigeria wants to do that. All they want is for their Kinsman to be living inside Asokoro. Ngwanu Please try and tell the complete story. Catalonia has some sort of autonomy, and can develop faster than what you want the Igbos to do in Nigeria, where they have to wait for the FG for most of the heavy developments like airports, roads, rail and power supply. |

Wartsnigeria: Our government from the east, same way the SW governors came together for Amotekun Are you in trance or what? How many times have the governors been begged to create one like Amotekun? But they lack the political will to do so. They don't want to offend the north as some of them seek to be the president in 2023, to the detriment of their suffering farmers. |

Wartsnigeria: That is why it ID dead on arrival, even if there's going to be ESN, it will come from the government not kanu Which government? Government is for the people not the other way round. Are you saying that if they come with machete to mow you down, you won't fight back before they slash your throat, as you await government approval? Have you asked yourself where they got the AK47 they use? Na wahooo. ESN is an existential child born out of neccessity. If the weak governors had been proactive, there wouldn't be need for Kanu to set up another one. |
