Yes, I am against the quota system and I don't want a president from the Igbo region simply because he's Igbo.
How about we hold open primaries who voters are allowed to vote for who will represent them in the generals?
Best, all I want is a leader that can move Nigeria forward, young or old, North or South.
But at least not a woman, our women are not ready for leadership yet.

They have been supporting other people candidate since 1999. Go and check it. They have vote for other people tribesmen into office. So in 2023 , it is time for those people to return the favour back by voting for Peter obi people.
who are the people except Jonathan that came from the south? did they support both first and second terms of Buhari? Did they support Obasanjo first and second terms? They only support Yaradua and that is because of Jonathan. Igbo don't understand politics and to make the matter worse they don't understand that they are minority when it come to numbers. The whole votes from the south east is equal to just 1 or 2 states vote from the north or west. They suppose to accept the fact and support others wholeheartedly like they way Yorubas and Hausa use to support each other to power. But igbo will always go the other way and yet complain about marginalization. Do you remember Buhari won in all Yoruba states except Osun in his osun election? He also won in all Yoruba states except Ekiti in the second election ? This is a sign of massive support. Do you remember that Obasanjo won his first election not because of Yoruba votes but because of northern votes? Now tell me, how many of this can be said of igbo support? IGBO has only supported Yaradua into power in the history of Nigeria and that is because All tribes supported him to purnish Atiku.

We don't need the presidency. The North that has been ruling Nigeria, how have they fared? Insecurity, Poor Education, Almajiris, Religious fanaticism, generally poor living standards etc. Let every man go his way. Arewa, Oduduwa and Biafra.

This is all we Igbos want.
God Bless MNK
No one will even give una in the first place.

Lol we know u people are hypocritical in nature but choose a path and stick with it ...

Do u support zoning or north

He specifically left out how onu was forced by the party to step down for oli falea based on zoning .....

Yorubas talk as if they are a force ...una done fight una self finish ? .....you are all banking on north supporting u over south east that's why u want half zoning trying to be clever by half

Without zoning no body in south can win presidency as it stands now
The question is - can an igbo man be trusted with power? Even without power, you guys are hateful, vile and arrogant. Think about that and give yourself peace.

An Igbo man can be President but if it's in 2023, they've left it too late.

or at worst they should pay Tinubu a visit at bordillion and beg him to help them achieve this, then watch as TINUBU make it work like a wind, even PDP would b forced to zone to SE, aside that sha, with Tinubu opposing them, they ll keep parabulating illogically..

what they want is simple, they should pay Tinubu homage, beg him till he accept, all this tension ll go down.. u can't threatene people to support u voluntarily..
U mean tinubu that can't win 60% of lagos votes ? ...same tinubu that was rubbished in oyo ,ekiti ,ondo ,if not buhari osun his home state ...Bros relax ooh

Onu was not forced to step down, he won the APP primaries because it was zoned to the South and that was why Olusola Saraki was out of the equation then in APP. If it hadn’t been zoned to the South, Saraki would have defeated him before 2pm on that day. Onu is a paperweight then and APP had to go into alliance with AD and the consensus provided Falae.

There is actually one Igbo man stronger than Onu then in APP that should have naturally won but I think they did some magomago and handed it to Onu because they know he won’t win jack in the merger. I forgot the other man’s name.

As you would know, during those period, Onu was a paperweight then and he wouldn’t have been chosen as the flag bearer for the APP and AD merger, moreso the Northerners who are more in APP favored Falae over him.

Yorubas have contested this presidency multiple times while damning zoning and if you remember Abiola contested against a Northerner and won through the ballot.

Walahi we are not afraid to contest against a Northerner because we are equally stakeholders in the Nigeria project and not second fiddle.

You think Tinubu/Osinbajo will be scared to contest against an Atiku?

APC are only making mention of the south because according to them they made a deal in the formative days and one good turn deserves another. If Buhari remain neutral, can you tell me anyone that can defeat Tinubu political machinery in APC for the primaries?

Is it El-Rufai or who?
Onu ex governor was paper weight ...yet same onu held app/ anpp for over 16 years ...get a life bro

was wondering like so they wanted presidential ticket from Tinubu Islamic party that they hated and insult all day?? like really?? is this not delusional??

even if APC choose their igbo person and pdp give ticket to North they would still vote PDP just to ensure APC loose grip..

You're right... Politics of hatred does not work... Supporting others makes your own turn secure... Insulting them and bickering never , ever work!

You want them to go on an appeasement tour round the country appealing to regional godfathers?
Didn't both parties cede tickets to 2 candidates from the same region last time out?

Didn't Buhari build alliances when he sought the presidency? You may not know this, but Buhari attended Gani's mother's funeral (and Gani Fawehinmi's heart melted because despite his attacks on Buhari, Buhari still honoured him. He never attacked Buhari again). Buhari also visited Ojukwu in his village. Buhari picked Igbo running mates twice and one of them was killed. Buhari's lawyer for many years was an Igbo man. You may not also know that one of the reasons merger talks failed in the buildup to 2011 was that Buhari was uncompromising in sacrificing his running mate. He had to fail a third time to realize the value of alliance.

You call it appeasement (a naive way of looking at it), serious politicians call it lobbying.

No one has won elections by resolutions. Let Igbo build bridges. No one understands this as much as Wike.

The time is truly ripe for Igbos to produce a democraticly elected President. if not for any other thing to use it to say sorry for the war fought. But most Northerners will see it as a revenge when an Igbo man will start fighting bandits and Boko haram.

If you want this country to move forward give an Igbo man president. Dangote won't have the monopoly he is enjoying today Igbo man will create an environment for his brother and other regions to compete with him. But no the demons holding this country still want all to be in the dark while screaming one Nigeria

An igbo man will not be as Nepotic as Bubu, watch his appointments you hardly see his brothers there. Most Igbos are extroverts and have friends all over the country, they live everywhere.

Lastly an Igbo president will be removed by an Igbo man grin grin
You very correct on this,

If PDP and APC zone their presidential candidates to south easy in 2023 elections, PDP will win the election. First, south east will vote for PDP. Yoruba votes will go directionless. Their will be lower voters turnout. The region may share their votes into two. South South and middle belt will vote PDP.

I'm not sure.. The candidates that the both parties present is all that matters. If PDP nominate Peter Obi and ApC nominate Orji Kalu as their candidates its not going to be easy for PDP, but if APC brings someone like Rochas that's going to be walk way for PDP.

ajimobi brought Oyo factor, not tinubu, ekiti then was fayose factor which he is even currently rooting for BAT now even as a PDP man, Ondo I don't know what u mean, even Lagos self I don't know o... state politic is way tougher compared to national where tribal sentiment comes and as far as national is concern TINUBU is d deal , we choose not to go TINUBU way because we don't want buhari not tinubu grib but SW manage to deliver to an extent.

U mean wen TINUBU is rooting for himself gan gan or Bringing forth Osinbanjo SW will give 95% bloc landslide for BAT opinion..

I can see u don't know politics power play, with the current stride in SW even PDP will have to support BAT as per Yoruba Agenda slogan only. lol.

it can only take d like of Tinubu to make the movement u guys wanted, once TINUBU step down for igbo nobody in SW ll come out again as the latest preaching will b southern agenda shout but fact is u guys need to pay Tinubu homage first and since u guys aren't ready let the game continue, all reality is showing that APC is winning 2023 on whoever they choose..

APC already know u Igbo will support pdp of ATIKU and I think they are well prepared for it..

Zulum will deliver Bornu for APC
Ganduje will deliver
Elrufai self will deliver
Kastina will deliver
Middle belt will deliver since it's Yoruba on ticket
Niger will deliver
SW will deliver
u see all those northern governor that visited BAT last month ?? relax

which are all for BAT national favour..

the game is on let's see howfar naw. lol

I support a Nigerian President from Igbo Extradition. However do a little research about Catalonia in Spain. You will discover that a small part of a country can decide to develop on their own and even be greater than the country they live in.
No part of Nigeria wants to do that. All they want is for their Kinsman to be living inside Asokoro.
Ngwanu

Please try and tell the complete story.

Catalonia has some sort of autonomy, and can develop faster than what you want the Igbos to do in Nigeria, where they have to wait for the FG for most of the heavy developments like airports, roads, rail and power supply.
