. Hello. Boss, pls my infinix zero2 2gb RAM and 16gb ROM has hanging problem, whenever I put it on it just freezes and then power off itself. I've left it for close to 3months now and now I tried charging it but it starts from 1percent when it gets fully charge I power it on but it still freezes. Left it for a day and tried powering it on but it doesn't on then I tried charging and it starts from 1percent again. Pls help me.

download moborobo or mobogenie on your pc and try connect to see.. moreover you can tap your buld number five times ( about phone) and turn on the debug.

Problem solved. I didn't DL a factory rest or flash. I unmounted my SD card and tried to download and it worked. Since then it's been fine. I think it's either the memory card is bad or the directory was messed up. Thank you for your concern.

Hello, engineerers in the house, I think I soft bricked my htc m7 when playing pranks with it. The phone is rooted and twrp recovery installed, but boot loader still locked . I made a backup of my stock ROM and I tried flashing a custom ROM through twrp. After the unsuccessful attempt , I restored backup ROM , now the phone just reboots itself after displaying "process com .htc. stopped unfortunately" .. any hope getting it to work properly again?

just google your stock rom, download and perform a full flash

so I suggest u do a factory reset or try goto settings, under ur apps, googleplay then uninstall updates then retry ... but best idea u can flash it rather

I guess your phone memory is filled up. goto ur file manager and move some items to your sd card . and try what u wanted to do again..

when I even deleted and reinstalled WhatsApp... I couldn't registered successfully.... someone shared data with me via hotspot

maybe u cn do a full reset then reinstalling all apps
