try install antivirus app and for ur bluetooth, when has the issue started?

goto google and download blackberry desktop manager and connect your device and reload ur os

am running os 10.3.2.2876 i've tried wipping but same problem

download a new updated autoloader and reload ur os. or if cant do that, u need to visit a competent engineer

Good day. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. The problem with the phone is stated below.

1. Battery charging and then not charging.
2. Phone displaying battery charging paused due to low temperature.

Things I have done.
1. factory reset.
2. swap batteries (still happening)
3. changed chargers.

What could be done about it because it doesn't seem like a software problem.

Futhermore could you state how much it will cost to get it fixed in this economic recession.

from your statement this doesnt show look like software issue.. i believe its hardware issue, it will cost around 2-4k to fix it

thats the issue.. some apps no longer install on such version, find out if your device has upgraded os like 4+ upward.. if it has, just upgrade and enjoy.

Help...I used laptop to charge my infinix note 3 at 4%...unfortunately it drained down to 00% while charging with laptop. Now im trying to charge with its charger. it has refused to charge. when i plugged the charge it will only show charging logo and off itself

hey user, it seems your charging port has issue and needs to be replaced but first try different charger and see if same persist

hello user, i believe your device needs to be flashed for it to be resolved. if same persists then its definitely hardware issue..

SOMEBODY SHOULD PLEASE HELP ME. MY INFINIX NOTE 3 HAS RESUFED TO RESPOND TO TOUCH SCREEN. I CAN'T TOUCH IT MORE THAN THREE TIMES AFTER THAT IT WONT RESPOND. what happened to the cellphone before this issue came up. hope water didn't touch the cellphone or probably maybe heat.. i guess you need to take it to a competent engineer for it to be fixed

hello House. i have a problem with an infinix phone. when plugged to charge. it displays the charging icon but it doesn't boost or charge up. the battery capacity stays stagnant even with an overtime charging. i have changed the battery and gotten an original charger yet no positive outcome.
p.s it powers on when directed
