Hey guys,

There's an Umi Z with problems with its proximity sensor.

It's on all the time and can't make calls because immediately a call is made the phone screen goes off.

Did a hardware test and couldn't calibrate the sensor.

I think something is blocking it...

Can it be fixed by soldering?
Can any of you fix it?

Or do I send it to China for a refund (long process)

do you mean when operating it or when pressing the touch screen?

if its when operating , then clean master to clean cache and also uninstall unused apps from your cellphone.. check maybe your phone storage is filled up n .move some items to your sd card
