Your phone is sensing that you have rotated it horizontally, probably you are laying down while pressing the phone, so it's asking whether you would like to rotate the screen horizontally too. You press it if you want to rotate the screen or ignore it if you don't.

How come there's sound when you are listening to music and there's no sound when making calls? Because to me it's the same thing, the same Bluetooth the same channel the same speaker... Probably someone should educate us how this Bluetooth earphones work.

You should have troubleshoot it a bit more before filing a return, no need to rush... Probably the problem is from your sound settings or the phone app you're using (truecaller etc), or the Bluetooth call volume is low.

Unless it's the other party that can't hear you, I don't think the issue is from the earphone.
