You are not getting the point.The NEPA man and the people are on he same frequency,because it is the way the system from the top.It is a an accepted norm to cut sides for selfish interest in nigeria.People expects to get things for free without working for it and deserving because that is what the leaders,who are suppose to be the role model does.

Electric meter readers are unproportionally rich in nigeria.They right off people's bill by collecting a portion of what they are owing for their pocket and just dagbo the meter.It is a vicious circle that everybody suffers.

How can any reasonable  thing be done in a corrupt grossly system like nigeria?Corruption is the reason why contractors don't do their work,the reason why they are not paid,even when they manage to do the work.The reason why people are detained unlawfully and harassed by the police unnecessarily.The reason why roads are not maintained.The reason why schools are not maintained.The reason why hospitals are not maintained.The reason why salaries are not paid.The reason why people don't have drinking water,the reason why electricity is a luxury in nigeria.Just name it,nothing escapes the devastating effects of corruption,it is like a typhoon

We got to break the yoke of corruption before can make sane policies,whether it is federal,regional or state system.It is like veil over our faces,we can't see properly.
