Nigeria is a lawless country, and that is why it's not working. A country without a stern rule of law is a war zone |
You may have to get a well fitted strap on mojo. When your mojo fails, you can continue with that . |
All it's going to do is make the local government kingpins richer-overnight billionaires. Unless of course, the labour party would be genuine enough to take over the grassroot politics. Nigeria system is turn against itself. It's not about the resources or paper places, 9ts about the people's crooked and retarded mindsets. |
Saying Lagos belongs to the Yorubas is like saying that New York belongs to the Lenape people. You primitive muderfuckers should understand why you are on this platform sprouting rubbish; it's called change. If you remain stuck in the past, you won't be able to tag along and benefit from modernity. The world is evolving fast, and many of you are still abysmally stuck in the past, which is why you live the way you do. |
There are hard working and resourceful men and women who use undeloped plots to farm in towns and cities. Let the government set up genuine funding schemes to see how they give them grants to support their efforts, and that will inevitably boost food production in the country. They should not be setting up phoney funding schemes to siphon monies for themselves and their cohort. Support should be given to peeple that genuinely need it to make a difference. |
Her becoming the leader will be the total annihilation of the tories in British politics. Rishi wasn't voted out woefully because he was a terrible leader, he was voted out because he was up against a full blooded oyinbo. He became the tory leader as the second and the only choice after the first choice failed woefully. If she wants to make an impact in governance, let her go back to Nigeria and join the gang; perhaps she will become one in a million there and help turn things around for good. As of now, the politicians in nigeria are just pack of ravenous wolves |
Putindbutt:That wasnt a slip. That was a drowsy and drugged out fall. He passed out momentarily, and he probably was on a cocktail of opiods. His illness is neurotic. |

How far is edo from Warri? If the road infrastructures were good, the drive from warri to Benin would have probably been a matter of minutes. And if the government exists in actuallity and rationality, there should have been man made canals with canal boats transporting badges from Warri to edo. We must be able to adapt to thrive. |
It's true, things are really getting tougher by day, and people are genuinrly feeling the crunch, including some of us that are outside the country because it means we have to frequently bail people out of the situation. The whole thing actually started on the day of the swearing ceremony of the presithief. Things have just been spiralling out of control as soon as the impulsive removal of fuel subsidy was announced. Despite the catastrophic situation, he's still wasting billions of naira on unrealistic and fruitless shemes such as subsidising hajj prigrimage, which only served to enrich rich Saudi. Such money could have gone a long way in boosting rural agriculture and infrastrural network. Nigerian factor is a classic case of water water everywhere but no water to drink; in the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty. |
Really!! Lagos statei s not included. This is government magic. In as much as the listed governors have questions to answer,Lagos state should be number one on the list, and we all know what that means. I will be a case of the efcc henchman biting the finger that feeds him |
Niggers in perpetual darkness. If they were harvesting organs transplant to save lives, it would made a little sense. But they are just doing it out sheer ignorant and inherent delusion. |
Whiteman built his cathedrals and places of worship to showcase the opulence and the ingenuity of the god he represents. Someone should tell her to do more to demonstrate the power of the god she serves. |
How on earth can the currency of a country without electricity and pipe borne water in the 21st century compete with the almighty dollar? The government should channel the hard earned resources into providing the basics for the country to work it's way out of the dark age. Worrying about naira's internationally status should be the least on the government agenda at this point in time where the people chronically lack the basics. |
Wife and child beating is a norm in Nigeria, so he thought he could continue to molest and torment his wife in the UK where such behaviour is strongly frowned at. Foolish man that wasn't rational enough to keep a pet pig. |
Children trained in such environment will just end up becoming lazy intellectual and looters like their forebears. The education in such condition is never anchored, irrespective of the degrees obtained ,because it lacks basic common sense and insight. |
What do you expect in a country that has no driving rules or regulations? The drivers are not sane enough to ride bicycles safely and the roads are death traps. It's a miracle that incidents like that don't happen every day in Nigeria. We need to understand the fundamentals of white man's technology before we will be use use them safely. And we may start by cleaning our streets first and putting our environment in order. Those man made machines are weapons of mass destruction in the hands of fools. |
It's unfathomable hat this could have happened in a country that is trying to compete with the dollar. The country is in a very primitive state and the deluded leaders think that things can just become easier overnight. This could not have happened in n a state with a functioning government. There is no police investigation, no autopsy, and no lesson learnt from the accident. Not even a decent burial for the unfortunate victims. The country has one foot in the 21st century and one in the stone age. |
Emirate is not a direct flight to the west. So their ticket prices have to be considerably lower than air peace for anyone to want to waste all that time flying to Dubai in transit. Nigeria needs more efficient and indigenous airlines to tap into the huge Nigerian air travel industry. The only way is up for a world that is still in the dark age. |
It's still a case of trying to store water with a basket. When the water stops running, the basket will be empty. All the resources he's wasting trying to swim uphill like a salmon on its final run should be used to enhance agriculture and basic infrastructures, which will lay the groundwork for a sustainable economy. |
He's been a pretty brave person to be himself in that lawless dungeon. But he foolishly played into the hands of those vengeful monsters that have been looking for how to punish him for being a trans. Spraying money is dumb, but it's not enough for someone with no previous criminal record to go to jail. If he was a seasoned politician who obviously stole the money, the jail sentence would have made sense. |
The is question is why do blacks always want to emulate white people? Why can't blacks create unique black characters that white people will envy? Sometimes you see black actors and actresses ridiculously acting as English monarchs and aristocrats. It doesn't make sense. The less we try to identify with white people, the more unique and autonomous we will become. |
It's not difficult to know the individuals who are looting the country's wealth. Just ask yourself the simple question: what are the criteria for sharing the country's oil wells? |
What's this madness about naira appreciation against the dollar in a country that can boast of an average of two hours electricity a day? A country that is technically still in the dark age is worrying about the strength of it's worthless currency in an an unproductive system Why not prioritise on the real challenges of building the basic infrastructures before worrying about where the country's currency s sits on the global stage. People are dying of heatwave and waterborne diseases, yet they are busy spinning the hard earned foreign exchange in fruitless efforts to save face. I don't get it There is no magic wand to enhancing the strength of naira other than the country becoming more realistic and productive. The leaders should stop stealing the resources and start using it to develop the country. |
Kennitrust:What rascal could be worse than Trump? This is a reminiscence of the emergence of the nazis in Germany. He is a bad market for sanity, but hate filled people want him because he projects hate and bigotry. He stands for the opposite of equality and freedom for all. No sane American will vote for him. |
voiceofpaul:The whole thing is surreal, my brother. It still feels like a hurriedly drafted nollywood script. |
Put in your hand luggage. I don't think the scanner is actually looking out for prescription drugs unless you are carrying them in bulk. |
The volatility of the country is enough to render a man impotent Even the s called middle class are in pain at the moment. |
voiceofpaul:There is no accountability whatsoever in the Nigerian system, and it's not just peculiar to the federal government, it filters down to even town's unions and religious organisations. Nigeria is a richly blessed country and should never be in a dire strait if half its generated riches are accounted for. It's a country against itself because the majority of people are thinking backwards. |
He did. But happens to the generated revenues will be another issue. It could just be a way of settling and empowering another crony who missed out on lucrative government appointments; a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul. |
