I never cease to amaze me when blackman prefers the jewish jesus to his own identity and heritage,at this time and age when we suppose to know the truth.

Sometimes we forget that all big pharmacetical companies are out there in african bush exploiting the herbs and plants, and the same herbs and plants the african native doctors use but because it's african as always ,it is regarded as primitive and unworthy,

Chinese medicine market is a multi-billion dollar industry and it purely native

DD Brown, keep it coming,if it is of interest to anybody, they will respond.

African Traditional Religion is not in anyway different from christianity or islam, infact ATR is more realistic and practical than all the bogus foreign religions that were impose on us.

A good piece from Stamma. In my place Eke is observe as big market day where nobody is allowed to go to the farm for fear of the wraths gods, just like christian sabbath day, sunday.Farm work is strictly forbidden on Eke day in my place,it is a day of commerce and resting.

Compare to how oyinbos and people of other serious races cling to their past, ours is a like a child's play.

The only past history we are conversant with seems to be jesus and mohamad and they are  the greatest weapons the invaders use to desimate blackman, worst than any military arsenal.

Lose your history, culture, language, religion, then u lose ur soul. The evidence of lost souls can be clearly seen in africa today.
Culture › Re: Eke, Orie, Afor, Nkwo by redsun(m): 2:56pm On Jun 13, 2009
They are the days of the week in igbo land. And how our ancestors came up with that as regards planetary calculation and observations in comparison with today's oyinbo gregorian calculation is what we should be talking about.

We've lost all traces of our past and it is catastrophic, without understanding the past, the present and the future will always be foggy
Christianity Etc › The Old And The New by redsun(op): 10:34am On Jun 13, 2009
I don't think a true christian should not believe in the old testament.Christianity in the light of christ phenomenon should mean the severing of the new from the old,a new beginning, hence the statement,IT IS FINISHED

So from whatever level u are taking it from,u should put the past aside and forge a new concept and meaning,a redefinition of what has been, what is,what will be and what could be.It is the story of life itself, change.
Politics › Re: Who Is Really An Academician? by redsun(op): 8:04am On Jun 13, 2009
All Pan-African academicians ie,those that believe in africa as a heritage and yet can put uip with all the gory and backwardness of africa without exercising his or her or her academic power for pioneering a change and making a difference but rather with flimsy excuses, will  like be tutored and sheltered under the umbrella of whiteman, who with his academic and inquisitive mind, pioneered his own world that we are all blindly following today.

There are parallel ways to knowledge, but with the same fundamental principle and that fundamental principle is what is missing in africa,we are cutting the weeds from the middle instead of the roots. We are not initiating.
Nairaland General › Re: Sources Of Springs And Streams In Nigerian Towns And Villages by redsun(op): 9:21pm On Jun 12, 2009
All average nigerian know about the streams and springs is that they the making and provisions of gods and goddesses that should be revered and worshiped, without a clue in the world that they are just geological and natural formations that should be tapped into properly.

Until we begin to understand and analyze our natural environment and its workings,we will remain in slumber,it is like cutting a weed from the middle, while the roots remain in the ground.

A state of illusion.

Politics › Who Is Really An Academician? by redsun(op): 6:02pm On Jun 12, 2009
An academician is someone that can experiment, theorize, formularize, practicalize and make manifest

Institutionalize education like we have in africa is brain washing and retarding,we study and subject ourselves to the works and  theories of fallable mortals as if they are infallables, unquestionable authorities, like religion and thereby depriving us the abilities to think for ourselves and little surprise afrcan academicians are docile and unproductive.

Culture › Re: Oro In Ikorodu, Lagos State by redsun(m): 3:51pm On Jun 11, 2009
The problem is that as always people think tradition is static, living in the past.

Yes,we should reflect and observe our traditions, but it should not be at the expense of nobody,we should learn to update our traditions to suite the 21st century environment, where people have different choices. and businesses to go about.

I wonder what ur brainwashed mentality is?Born without natural intuition.
Politics › The Missing Part Is Concept by redsun(op): 3:15pm On Jun 11, 2009
Nigeria problem is concept not tribe.

With positive mindsets and drives, not even the sky will be our limit.

The concept of civilization is unity, from the hunter gathering communities to the hamlets, villages, towns, counties, states, countries, continents and to the world in general,we all model and channel our interest to co-exist with one another, based on our horizons.

Unity is the faith of humanity, together we stand, divided we fall.

We have to level up for the sake of dignity, posterity and life itself, the more people brighten up,the more they let go of greed, selfishness, tribalism,,racism, wickedness and all the negative strifes of life.

What are sources of ever flowing springs and streams in nigerian villages? In most cases rivers are miles away, yet there are buoyant streams and springs that flows round the year, shallow in dry season and deep in raining season.
