Eating of red meat could be very complicating,and that is the reason why i don't eat it,it is not because i am so much in love with animals that they can't be considerably killed for food,like most extreme vegetarians do.

Vegetarianism is of different stages,from basic to moderate and extreme.I will like to call myself a basic vegetarian.

Red meat is harzardous to ur health,avoid it as much as u can.Chicken is ok if it is free range or organic.

Fish and poutry eating vegetarianism is perfect.
