Your application for a new passport failed National Identity Number (NIN) verification.
Please contact the NIS Ikoyi Office.

The NIN I provided was correct. Please did any of you experienced this issue after payment?

Make enquiries at the passport office before attempt to change middle name also because I was told I could only change surname due to marriage, adding middle name also is more complicated and expensive. Anyway, you'll need to change your name at NIMC (your nin) before you can change on your passport. You also need court affidavit and newspaper publication.
