For about 5 years now I've been battling extreme tiredness . Asides that I sleep alot most especially at afternoons. At night,nonce I sleep around 11pm and not going to work the next day, I can wake up by 10am or 11 am.

During afternoon and night sleeps, the sleep is usually very deep (REM phase or whatever you medics call it, please correct me) and usually characterized by heavy dreams.

Even during work, I'll always take the risk to create some time to have a little sleep. I've been battling this for about 5 years now. What could be wrong.

Have you tried regular exercise? I'm always sluggish when I haven't exercised and I definitely feel more refreshed and energized when I do. I also feel like I sleep better. If that doesn't work, you may want to see a doctor. I know there are some conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome that they are able to help with.

I much prefer football betting, or any sport for that matter, over simple lottery games. It's much more fun to watch a sporting event and have money riding on the outcome. Plus your bet lasts a lot longer since most games aren't decided until the end.
