Send a webform explaining same,
Then the new passport as attachment

Send email too to document @ nrobi
If I get the exact email I will post here

My question is, is it not when they are making decision, that they withdraw one, It just show on the dashboard, that they will send a message which I have not received till now. Should I send a webform?

If the both applications are conference, then one will be withdrawn and it's normal

Who else experience this,

I submitted an application in November 2022, did my biometric.
I have a program in canada for May 2023,

By March 20th I submitted another application on the new portal,

Checked my old application eligibility started in March, date it started I can't say

April 4th I checked the old application submitted in November it has being withdrawn,

Then they said they will email the reason, till now I have not got any email,

Track with the application tracker no information
Please what should I do?

Who else is experiencing this,
I submitted an application in Nov 2022 for a program in May 2023, when the response was getting delayed I submitted another application via the new portal March 20th
Don't know when it started but saw my old application eligibility has started, April 5th login to the old application it has being withdrawn with no message
Now the new application is still in background check
And no message why the withdrawal of the old one and in the page it was stated they will sent a message to say why it was cancelled
Till now no message, house please advise me.

I have being trying to login but the site is down

I submitted another application on the New IRCC portal on the 20th March, that one is still open though

the one withdrawn was submitted since 18th of November 2022.

The day it started i cannot say, but for 10days vacation now I have being seeing it

I don't know when exactly, but for over 10days now it has being on review for eligibility

I submitted in November 2022, for a program for first week in May 2023, my application status is in eligibility review
Can I still mail the MP of the province am going?

Meaning is not working for visit
But it did brings out the application details
In my case even the web form I sent on the 18th of February it shows received

The new application I submitted on the 20th of March was also there
When I click on my applications, it brings the 2

The old shows updated on the 20th, while the bew one no update

I just used the tracking link too

It is showing biometric in progress

Background check not started

Eligibility, not started

But in the application it self it says we are reviewing your Eligibility

Last updated was in March 20th too

Yes I sent a web form in February I can't remember the date with additional conference documents, then a renewed Fixed deposit certificate that I stated in the explanation letter that is was for that purpose, and a short explanation as a gentle reminder that the conference start in first week of May that I need to make my travel plans
When the eligibility started I don't know but presently they are reviewing my eligibility
I pray I doesn't takes a long time.

I checked my old application I submitted since November 2022, it is in eligibility review, I dont know when this started i never received any notification, I have submitted a new one on the IRCC new portal though,
My Question : How long does it take when Eligibility has started, my concern is, the conference is in first week in May, will l be able to meet up?

Please pardon my ignorant and question. kindly explain how visit visa is been processed. From Submission of Application,Eligibility Review, background check too and down to Final Approval.

I submitted an application since November 2022 for an academic conference coming up in May, but am yet to get any response,
I have completed another application on the new portal,
My question:
[i]Should I cancel the old one or let both run concurrently ?
