hohohohooooooo you wan sell Text book giVe the VO Hahahaha
Hahahah I just want to make sure I leave no stones unturned. I’ve been denied once so I want to put max effort to have this student visa God willing.

Do you think 18 pages is way too much?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by reichwolf: 4:08pm On Jun 03, 2018
Hello guys, please just a little inquiry:
What do you think of an SOP of 18 pages;

- 4 pages is me talking about why I’m doing an MBA, and detailing my visa history and funding

- 7 pages is me showing scans of my current and previous passports, my UK residence permit for when I was a student over there, and other stamps for other countries I’ve visited

- 2 pages is scans of my engineering BSc and MSc

- 2 pages for my TRU admission letter and Payment receipt of First semester tuition

- 3 pages for my dad’s authorisation letter, a scan of his passport & my birth certificate

I was denied the Canada student visa once, so this time I want to be perfect at the SOP.
Thanks for any output from you all.

Bro, like I said order for your GCMS note before making any other step. It is better you know why you were denied(the real reasons) before you reapply(even if it means you not meeting up with Fall resumption).
Contact your school and let them know your app was denied and let them tell you when is the next available session for you, then you can defer your admission to that time while you fix the reasons for your denial PROPERLY.
NB: SHARE YOUR PROFILE LETS SEE WHY THE VO THICKED PURPOSE Of VISIT AND IMMIGRATION STATUS IN COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE
Concerning the Status in Country of residence, I was in the UK at the time as I just finished my MSc in Petroleum.
Also concerning the Purpose of Visit: I was planning a PGD in Business administration in Medicine Hat College Alberta. I think that maybe the VO didn’t find it convincing enough to spend much money just for a 1 year PGD.
This time I’m applying to get the visa for a 2 year MBA in Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops British Columbia.
I think that maybe showing real academic progression by doing an actual MBA might convince them in my SOP?
Thanks for y’all answers.

Order for your GCMS note/CAIP file before your make any other move.
The problem is that I was told that, such takes minimum 30 days. Meaning that I won’t have enough time to apply in July when it comes out since the visa process is 2 months?
The reasons for refusal in my first attempt were:

Hello peeps, this was my previous refusal letter. At the time I was still finishing my MSc Petroleum in the UK & was applying for a 1 year Business Administration program at Medicine Hat College, Alberta.
I’m back home now and I will be applying for an MBA 2 year program in Thompson Rivers Fall 2018.
Can someone tell me how I will draft the SOP to convince the visa officer that I’m coming back?

reichwolf,

You can go ahead and complete the first term tuition deposit requested by the university and send the official transcripts quickly so as to acquire an unconditional acceptance offer for your study permit application. Again, be guided that payment of upfront tuition is not a prerequisite to visa approval. When it comes to Canada study visa, your duty is to certify the visa officer that you will leave Canada at the end of the authorized stay by providing strong ties to your home country. You must also present justifiable reasons to why you're going for a second masters degree in Canada rather than a Phd to show progression. What is your current activity? Is it related to business?
Well I had to do some small work in Petroleum distribution business. My dad owns a few businesses. Do you have any tips on how I could draft my SOP to convince the Visa officer that I will come back after my studies?
I think maybe I should include official documents of property owned by dad.

Hello guys, I just got a conditional offer for MBA 2 year course in Thompson Rivers University Fall 2018. They told me to send the official transcripts & pay my first semester fees(CAD$ 8K) within 21 days for them to send me the full unconditional letter which I can use to apply for the student permit.
Will paying that ease my visa acceptance?
It should be noted that I already have an MSc from the UK in Petroleum and was refused a Canadian student visa in November 2017 for another school in Alberta.
Thanks for any input.
May God help us all TRV hopefuls.

Phocusjosh:
1. An acceptance letter from a designated learning institution (DLI)
2.A Valid passport or travel document
3. All CIC documents; Document checklist [IMM 5483], Visa office instructions – Study [IMM 5832], Application for a Study Permit made outside of Canada, Family Information Form [IMM 5707].
4. Proof of financial support i.e documents showing the availability of tuition for one year + $10,000cad + other expenses. This can be your Statement of account if self funded or sponsor's statement of account 4-6 months), letter of sponsorship, affidavit of sponsorship, documents showing source of income; employment letter, pay slips, ID Card, letter of introduction if employed while CAC certificate, memorandum of association, tax clearance certificate if self employed etc.
5. All related educational and professional documents
6. Letter of explanation; This letter helps the visa officer to understand you and your goals. It explains: why you want to study in Canada, and
that you understand the responsibilities as a student. Purpose of visit must be well explained. Also, convince the visa officer that your main purpose in Canada is to study and you will leave Canada at the end of your study period.
7. Documents showing home ties such as birth certificates, marriage certificate if married, landed documents (Certificate of occupancy, deed of agreements, survey plan)
8. Police character certificate, passport photographs.
Ensure you involve God in your application. Please, do research yourself.
Hello there, do you think it’s possible to obtain a Canadian Student visa for an MBA even though I already have an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the UK??
I was denied the Canadian visa in November 2017.
I don’t really know how I will convince the Visa officer in my SOP that I will return from Canada after my studies

You need to request for your GCSM note to have clarity as to what led to your denial in your first attempt. Once you have the note, then you can reapply.
Please do you know how I can order the GCSM notes for my previous application?
Moreover how long will it take & how much might it cost??
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by reichwolf: 10:07am On May 27, 2018
Hello everyone, is anyone here familiar with Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops Canada?
I applied there for a MBA starting September 2018 but I haven’t yet got an answer?
Moreover I might need tips on how to write an SOP to convince the visa officer as I already have an MSc from the UK.
I was denied a Canadian student visa once in November 2017.
Thanks to whoever is of assistance.
Moreover on this Sunday may God help anyone on this forum working for a better life.

Hello guys, I'm in serious need of help. I got refused a Canadian student visa for a January start at Medicine Hat College, Alberta. I applied for it here in the UK as I am currently in Scotland. The reasons given were TRAVEL HISTORY, IMMIGRATION STATUS IN THE UK and PURPOSE OF VISIT.

If any of you guys have any idea on how to tackle these issues, please may you forward them to me please.
I included every possible document in my first application so I am really perplexed by the refusal.

I am planning to re-apply as fast as I can.
Thanks for all.

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by reichwolf: 12:12am On Nov 06, 2016
Hello guys, I've booked an appointment for UK student visa at the application center on the 9th Nov
I have been refused student visa twice before
- first time they said I didn't include a signed letter from my dad stipulating he'll use his funds to sponsor me
- second time because I used the same CAS letter as I didn't know one needs a new CAS for each visa application.
I've read all the list of documents on UKVI site for Tier 4 visa. These are the ones I have, I'll like to know if its all good:
- new CAS from Uni of Aberdeen for January 2017 intake MSc in Petroleum Engineering stipulating I've already paid the full tuition fee(£15200)
- Original BSc certificate and transcripts
- Valid passport
- TOEFL certificate
- ATAS certificate
- TB screening document
- Bank letter (dated October 28th)
- Signed letter from my dad with a copy of his passport
- Original birth certificate.
Please guys I really need your help thanks.
