okay, now tat the guy has freed her, shouldn't she be happy or is she pained that she hasnt been married to the someone she was seeing while a man that was asking her out has tied the knot ? I don't understand.

Lekki is starting first because it was approved by FG before Ibom. Ibom then Badagry will be built next going by news releases on ppp website.
