don't mind them, Supreme court judgement is just a cost saving deal. Rivers election was not what it should be , Wike himself knew that but he would win another election however not with same margin that was allotted to him in April, 2015. so Supreme court decided to save the time and cost. Bad consequence of their position, just like they did during Amaechi case is that rigging will now be more desperate since law can be manipulated to sustain election results. Now Wike is governor de facto /de jure but all house of assembly members are going to be reelected due to judgement of lower court, they were all elected on the same day oo.

Anybody is fit to say the right thing, Obj has not said he himself is not corrupt. if we go by this "Only Saint Can Talk" attitude, there will be no judge, no police, etc, you cant even correct children for offense you have committed in past. IMO, as long as what is being said is the truth, anyone can say it.

cost of production increased with price oil in recent years, service companies, fund providers set contract prices and return on investment (Interest etc ) based on prevailing price at that time, so paying the contractors per contract now is main driver of high cost when bench-marked with present oil price. production cost did not change, but revenue that justified fixing that cost has reduced tremendously.

how are they budgeted for if you said the excess crude acct shared was used for projects already budgeted for? like I wrote above, excess crude should mean fund realised from sale of crude above benchmarked price, so its not budgeted for, its meant to be saved for times like this.
