As long as that account in was not opened by you then it is fraudulent. It doesn't matter what you paid the agent.
As long as the account belonged to someone else who has no connection with you and did not consent to use of his account then it is fraud.

If you paid someone to produce funds you do not have them you consented to fraud.
Just because you and others did not get the outcome you wanted makes the agent fake?
Sometimes fraud works sometimes it does not. Whatever results you get you take it with that risk

Contacting VFS courier is the problem. I paid one-way FedEx while submitting my passport, the passport is ready for collection. VFS sent me the notice using bulk sms. All contacts on their website are not going through. What else can I do.

I received the above email from VFS today, apparently my passport has been stamped and is being couriered back to me, but I do not understand the tracking id they are referring to here or what AWB number is and where I can find it. Also they stated "on their courier partner website" which partner are they talking here please, they didn't mention specifically

We have not received any update whatsoever from IRCC since early July. It's over a month now already. We did upfront medicals but we have not received the medicals confirmation from them nor the received the request yet. No update on eligibility or processing, nothing nothing.

Try calling ircc call center and tell them to update your medicals in your file.
