I should have come here to check reviews about this so called repairpalng or gadgetworld before taking my phone to them.
I left my phone with you guys and you assured it will be fixed and you will call me or chat me up for updates. I called this people and chatted them and they were pushing me around, telling me I am calling Ikorodu office, I should call ikeja office, I called ikeja office the lady said I am calling the same Ikorodu office. I chatted them on WhatsApp they ignored my messages and declined my calls on WhatsApp. After two weeks, I am at their office and guess what? They didn’t even make any attempt to fix the phone or open it up.
You people should go and start hawking screen guard because I don’t know what service you are offering exactly. You just wasted two weeks, I couldn’t access my files and document.
Irresponsible lots!!! Apologies about this Bro. Will reach out to you to confirm your specific issue. If we promised to work on it, I believe something should have been done about it. But will reach out to find out. |
