so what is aquaplaning or hydroplaning?
According to Wikipedia,
Aquaplaning accurs because the tyres cannot clear the road of water and a "wedge" of water forms
between the tyre and the road, losing any traction between tyres and road.
What this means is that u loose control of your vehicle.
what can you do in this condition, the following steps can save you and other road users.

1. Don't and I mean don't panic.
2. Hold your steering wheel firmly.
3. Take your legs of the accelerator pedal.
4. And never apply your brakes.
5. Lastly if you driving a manual vehicle, clutch down fully instead of using the brake.

Pls house, I jst need answers or probable solutions about my younger brother's nysc registration. d issue is with his jamb registration number. We got this msg off their website that his jamb registration number does not exist and as such can not register, he went to the school A.A.U, Ekpoma, and they are saying d portal for correction has been closed by nysc.
My question is, not correcting this jamb registration number can it actually stop him from registration. Pls I need answers cos he seems distraught and I have tried to calm him down. Thanks in advance.
