I'm still stuck at "publication is over" page

Please why do I get charged 20 dollars for a bet365 withdrawal. Even though its free on their website once in 28 days I still got charged 20 dollars.
I withdrew 120 dollars but got just 100 dollars

I think we should all send a mail to dragnet or deloitte complaining about how we couldn't do the test
My page stopped at Photo ID verification and it is still uploading since 10:am
I spent a lot of money getting ready for this

Yah I think that's what we should all do.
Send a mail to them so that they can reschedule this test not on this platform

I missed it too. Document took more than 10mins in uploading. So, I had to log out only for me to be denied access to log in again

Exactly I couldn't log in again

To even get past the microphone test page I had to hit the table. It wasn't passing with my voice.
Very terrible

I struggled with the whole thing.
Microphone was giving problems, couldn't upload my ID and now I can't log in again.
The processes are too much and now I've missed this test!
