A socio-political group in Edo State called Bury Godfatherism Movement (BGM), has drummed support to the second term bid of Governor Godwin Obaseki, vowing to mobilise members and Edo people to put an end to godfatherism during the forthcoming state’s governorship election scheduled for September 2020. The group said it was shocking to see how Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the suspended National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is aspiring to be the new Edo State godfather after the people supported him in the past to defeat godfathers in the state. While speaking at the launch of its awareness campaign in Benin City, President of the group, Mr. Osamede Oghogho, said it was shameful to see/ SEE MORE SOURCE: https://afrib.org.ng/2020/06/18/edo-2020-group-launches-campaign-against-godfatherism-declares-support-for-obasekis-re-election-bid/ |
Oshiomole removal is far beyond the misunderstanding between him and Obaseki. Some set of APC northern stakeholders wanted him out in preparation for 2023. Finally he is out and out for Bad times. From my own view, this is the end of road politically for him. Except Obaseki goes more brutal, there will not be much difference between him and Oshiomole. Obaseki this is the time to affiliate with a political party. Returning back to APC will not be a better move. Now that Oshiomole is just an ordinary party man, as a sitting governor you can quarantine him without stress if he dare come for primaries and make sure he remains covid 19 positive patient and keep him in isolation till after the governorship election ( lol, heaven will not fall). Your opponents are not gentle at all. Then all the kabakas in the state should be harvested and detain them for various offences (Heaven Will not fall either, let Wike mentor you). If you must fight, fight well. Politics for Nigeria is not for soft liver men. Be a dare Devil politician, be brutal, if they refuse to come to you, go to them, attack is the best defense. Obaseki wake up, if you must die, I advise you to die well. Source: www.afrib.org.ng |

Comrade Adams Oshiomhole did not just undermine but also underrated the people of Edo State both those at home and those in the diaspora, when like a Supreme Lord, he took a unilateral decision to stampede Governor Godwin Obaseki out of the Edo 2020 APC guber' race, in connivance with a microscopic few who have yielded themselves as puppets to his grand puppeteering. Hardly did he realise that in his bid to humiliate the Governor of Edo State, he would ignite the raw wrath of Edo people against himself. Adams Oshiomhole told a happy people a sad story and so they took him for an arch enemy. The office of the Governor he so ravenously crave through a previously demonized surrogate, in his third term agenda bid, has been rendered inaccessible, as the masses of the State plan a massive votes of protest against Oshiomhole's annointed candidate in favour of Governor Godwin Obaseki, irrespective of the platform he decides to pursue his second term bid, even as the APC sets to witness a mass exodus from the party. Edo people have decided to put in view their collective interest in pursuit of sustainable developments instituted by the Governor Godwin Obaseki administration. ALSO READ: The Strength and Weaknesses of an Outgoing Governor Considering his developmental strides on a larger scale, patriotism and the need for societal progress would compel those with conscience or even a trace or vestiges of it, to surrender personal aggrandizement for the greater good. If it were what I stand to gain alone as an individual, without public interest in mind, I will not be clamouring for Obaseki's reelection neither will I be drumming support from well meaning Edo indigenes. Moreover, it would be heartless for anyone, to turn a blind eye and yield to the national disgrace Comrade Adams Oshiomhole unleashed on Edo People on the 12th day of June 2020, through a nationwide televised ridiculous screening exercise; marking another death of democracy on a Democracy Day! Adams Oshiomhole murdered sleep! This he did out of sheer mischief and bitterness; even when he knows that Godwin Obaseki was more than qualified for the Edo 2020 guber' race, he chose to pursue the path of vindictiveness and malice by giving his support to a candidate whose main supporters are renowned thugs. No one in their sane mind would support the return of thuggery to Edo State; Edo people have enjoyed relative peace since Obaseki stamped out thugs from revenue collection and traffic control. Community Development Associations are no longer a threat to the siting of landed properties in the State since the Obaseki administration criminalised their activities by enacting a law to that effect, and the thuggery associated with it, gone. Today one can build a house in Edo State in peace, from the foundation to the roof without molestation, contestation, bullying, oppression or any form of disturbance from CDAs. These developments are what Adams Aliu Oshiomhole, whom today, I officially label as Grand Disturber of the Peace (GDP), has decided to truncate and hence return the State to the dark days. It is evident as those celebrating his show of shame of a screening exercise are mostly notorious thugs and their associates. Edo People are with Governor Godwin Obaseki, and no one can rattle their resolve to present him a second term on a platter of gold. We cannot sacrifice essential liberty for temporal safety; he who does so deserves neither liberty nor safety. His Excellency, Godwin Obaseki has not been excellent in his administration like he sound to the press that's why most Edo citizens won't take him serious. His Audio achievement far outweighs his actual physical achievement, the number of MOU signed in his four years administration outnumbered the total MOU signed by the 36 states of the federation including FCT since 1999 till date with nothing to show for it. If Governor Godwin Obaseki attended primary school, secondary school and the University, an information which has been confirmed by all those who are fully aware of his educational background, including his Alma mater, the University of Ibadan (UI), then why would he need to forge his certificate! How can a man like Godwin Obaseki who actually attended the university and graduated with physical hard copy result and certificate, go ahead to forge his credentials! How does that make sense to any educated or rational individual! Any form of discrepancy in his papers is something an attached affidavit will simply solve, especially in a case where the issuing institution has already positively identified the person involved through very formal means. If Obaseki truly had a case with his credentials, the PDP would have definitely explored it in the several past post-election tribunal litigations! And if they did and Obaseki found guilty, why then is Obaseki still Governor! Adams Oshiomhole for a long time has employed deception, pretence and brutish character to deceive the electorate, but this time he took his deceptive strategy too far as this may be his waterloo. Thomas Hobbes opined that as it relates to strength, none has a monopoly, for even the weakest can defeat the strongest either by machinations or by confederacy. Already, Oshiomhole is good at deceptive machinations. It would therefore be unwise to give him the satisfaction of a predator waiting patiently in ambush for its prey, by engaging in such a witless game with him. The people of Edo State shall employ confederacy as a tool against Oshiomhole's machinations and illegalities; the people are united in one voice against the aspiring tyrant(s) in the current Nigerian political space. Oshiomhole whipped up sentimental pretence about the Bayelsa scenario, whereas it was this same impunity of illegalities that led the APC down the Bayelsa-path in the first place and not the unnecessary and inconsequential dust he raises about Obaseki's credentials. Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has not only insulted the person of Godwin Obaseki but also the intelligence and sensibilities of every educated and rational Nigerian out there! Those who never attended the university and therefore do not understand the sacrifices entailed in academic studies and going through its four walls, are those casting aspersions on its products, while a few who may have attended but whose political and economic survival depend on such conspiratorial mischief, have thrown their decency and common sense out the window and turn critics in their own defense. ALSO READ: Obaseki Will Be Re-elected as Governor- Anslem Ojiezua @ www.afrib.org.ng At this point, the ground may shift beneath the feet of the aspiring godfather; the play has gone beyond Godwin Obaseki and Adams Oshiomhole being the main characters. The battle is now between Edo people and Oshiomhole-led APC. So they should understand that the curtain has not yet fallen on their performance. Godwin Obaseki should go ahead and contest under another platform and then watch as the good people of Edo State embark on a protest vote against impunity and godhood; let him sit, relax and then watch as Edo people commence a national campaign against the insult and humiliation meted out on them, not just Obaseki. Let him watch as Edo people in one voice send Oshiomhole on an early political retirement; he should watch as the people embark on a personal and genuine fight against godfatherism which he (Obaseki) already began. Let the world watch as the truly enlightened, whose conscience are not held within the crucibles of selfish politics wage war against the desecration of academic excellence instituted by the Oshiomhole-led APC! The people shall employ and deploy every rational human weapon in the arsenals of common sense to resist and stamp out the political stampede that was instituted against Governor Godwin Obaseki and the insult emanating therefrom. The Edo State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has applauded Governor Godwin Obaseki's and team developmental strides in the various sectors of the state. Dr. Tony Aziegbemi, chairman Edo State PDP, gave the commendation after inspecting facilities at the recent renovated Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, ahead of the party's governorship primary election scheduled to hold on June 19th 2020. The state PDP chairman expressed appreciation to the governor for approving the use of the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium for the conduct of the party's primary election while addressing journalists at the stadium. Also Read: The Rise and Fall of a Governor, By Igbuan Emmanuel @ www.afrib.org.ng He noted that Edo PDP is very impressed with the transformation and modernization of Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, adding, “We are going ahead with our plans as scheldued and on Friday the 19th of June, we are coming here to do what we know how to do best peacefully. He further added that, expected delegates are 2,100 in number and the stadium has a capacity for 15,000; so as you can see, we are going to maintain social distancing. Election in this era we are currently facing in Nigeria is not about popularity. Painfully, those who are not in the game who view politics from far will say Edo is not Lagos, Edo can be Lagos or Abuja. Nigeria politics is built around leaders. I once contested for election under my beloved party All Progressive Congress, I was un-democratically screened out to favour someone else, I remained unperturbed and worked for my party to win the election, picked my wig and gown and moved on because I understand that politics is a game and interest is the formula. Unfortunately, the main person that masterminded me been screened out to favour his candidate was denied ticket too by APC. Sadly, he left the party to get ticket in another party and lost the election the rest is history. Politics is a game u most look well before you lip, it is never fair, the process that brought him to power was never fair but had the blessings of those that be. Painfully, those who are not in the game who view politics from far will say Edo is not Lagos, Edo can be Lagos or Abuja. Nigeria politics is built around leaders. Currently, in Edo State three elected local government councils boss were unconstitutionally removed by the Governor despite the recent supreme Court judgement against governors removing elected officers from offices, then Edo is not Lagos, about 6 Councillors were unconstitutionally removed because you said they are not loyal to you. Edo is not Lagos. Over two years now colleges of Agriculture Iguoriakhi staff salaries remains unpaid, Edo is not Lagos. My advise to Governor Obaseki Sir, stay with your party and work for the party to win the general election, I did it in the past and Odubu lost to you and still work for you because he understands the game of leaders in Nigeria politics. You have done well in many areas and failed in some, you can't separate politics from governance, people who motivate you to go to war will leave u at the middle of the war. Election in this era we are currently facing in Nigeria is not about popularity, remember Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu was very popular but lost to Governor Obaseki in 2016 even when the Governor was not know. Until we learn to play politics without too much emotions, we may continue to get shockers. I am not a fan of Oshiomhole, as a matter of fact, those who are acquainted with my political disposition know very well that I am one of Adams Oshiomhole's unrelenting critics. Till date, I still hold the firm position that Adams be made to answer for his 8 year reign of mindless looting of Edo State's resources which Obaseki happens to be one of the biggest beneficiaries of. But what we have in Edo State today is the practical facet of political science in display. Politics has to do with mastery of the craft of maneuvering, manipulations, permutations and persuasions. Politics is not philosophy and sympathy. It is both art and act. It is more than munching cobs of maize along the streets of Benin City. I am not here to argue about who is a saint or devil between Obaseki and his estranged benefactor. My point is not about who is struggling to become fathergod or who has promised to end godfatherism. After all, when Adams imposed Obaseki in 2016 against every other aspirants of his party, those who are shouting "No to godfatherism" now celebrated then. I hate godfatherism too, but if you have benefited from it in the past, the way Obaseki did, you should have lost the moral rectitude to cry blue murder because you are not benefiting from it at the moment. Unpardonable hypocrisy is when you start picking and choosing when to condemn what is wrong, depending on your body temperature. I have repeatedly asked Obaseki's supporters these very simple questions without getting any answer: If Oshiomhole had declared that Obaseki's re-election is non-negotiable, would any of his supporters had tagged him a godfather? Would they have even condemn the statement as undemocratic? You never get answers from Obaseki supporters in response to these questions. Fractional chairman of the Edo State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Anselm Ojezua, Esq., has called for calm among party members and supporters following the disqualification of the Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki by the Governorship Primary Screening Committee of the party, noting that the governor has performed credibly well and will be reelected for a second term. Barr. Ojezua, who spoke to journalists in Benin City after the announcement by the committee, said the result didn't come as a surprise as the governor had alluded to the fact that he will not get justice from the screening exercise. He, however, appealed to the supporters of the party in the State to remain calm as the leadership of the party will meet tomorrow Saturday, 13th June 2020, to properly respond to the report of the committee that screened candidates for the June 22, 2020 APC Primary. Ojezua said, “I want to appeal to leaders and members of APC in Edo State to remain calm. The validity of the Screening Committee has not been established. A proper response to the report is yet to come as the leadership of the party in the State will meet tomorrow and at the end of the meeting give an appropriate response. Reacting to the governor’s chances of reelection following his decision not to appeal the screening result, the party chairman noted, “They didn't say he will not contest the election but that he will not contest under the platform of the APC. Governor Godwin Obaseki has been disqualified from partaking in the upcoming primaries of the All Progressives Congress for Edo 2020 election. Mr. Godwin Obaseki was disqualified by the screening panel setup by the National body of the party to clear all aspirant for APC party’s ticket ahead of Edo State governorship election later this year. The governor’s disqualification, which was hinged on allegations on problematic academic certificate and several allegation the screening panel received. The governor has been in an open battle with Adams Oshiomhole, APC national chairman and other EPM members whose influence looms considerably over Edo politics. Incidence of ectopic pregnancy is reducing in the western world but increasing in West Africa. About 98 percent of this occurs in the fallopian tubes and over 1 percent are in the abdominal cavity and less than 1 on the cervical canal, ovary etc. Between 1992 to 1996 there were about 45 cases per 1000 cases in Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), In Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) 10 years review, ectopic pregnancy incidence of 1.5% of 20,095 total deliveries and 4.1% of 7,254 gynaecological admissions were recorded between 2001 and 2011. Several researches across Nigeria in Calabar, Benin and Abuja showed that incidence of ectopic pregnancy is on the rise. What so ever delays transportation of fertilized ovum via the fallopian tubes to the uterine cavity will result in ectopic pregnancy. The commonest causes include pelvic inflammatory diseases with inflamed fallopian tubes (salpingitis caused by gonorrhoea and chlamydia infections) Previous tubal, pelvic surgery, endometriosis, abuse of postinor 2 and other progesterone medication and devices. Failed bilateral tubal ligation. Those above 35years are at risk of getting ectopic pregnancy, those with history of infertility and those undergoing IVF treatment. Symptoms included missed period , abdominal pains and par vagina bleeding, it could result to emergency sometimes with tubal rupture leading to abdominal pains, bleeding, shock and death. Sometimes it is not an emergency, could be silent and accidental discovery only, some present with slight abdominal pains with or without bleeding and painful sex. Usually diagnosis is made with pregnancy test, but abdomino-pelvic scan will show nothing in the uterine cavity Treatment, usually either surgical or medical, if tubes nor ruptured and pregnancy size is less than 3cm, No active bleeding, and BHCG titre is lower than expected concentration, and when blood in the pouch of douglas is less than 100mls surgery may not be needed. In conclusion, the commonest cause of ectopic pregnancy is untreated gonorrhoea and chlamydia in women resulting in PID. SEE MORE: https://afrib.org.ng/2020/06/11/ectopic-pregnancy/ |
POLITICS is still the game to learn Horlayhemy: |
A man must learn to choose his battle, only a few who chanted war song behind will be willing to get to the war front with you. I have no pity for the outgoing Governor of the Heart Beat of Nigeria, after all, he was brought in by the godfathers against all odds, at the detriment of majority of key stakeholders in the party, am sure if he was a man of conscience like he claims he won't have afford to see his fellow party men oppressed and suppressed for his political gain, the table has turned is this Governor expecting anyone to show him mercy? I thought this man was super intelligent, i thought he has a strong backup somewhere that can easily call the power that be and bring him back to the prestigious Osadebey Avenue. Power indeed is intoxicating, he fought everyone, politics is a game of numbers, he made others looks like the major setback the state suffers, yet he has just a little to show for his four years rule.. I also thought this technocrat of a Governor is smart, he only had plan A and forgot to have Plan B and C, his only hope to have return as governor was to see Oshiomhole is taken out of the National APC secretariat, he spend millions of naira to achieve that, that was his Plan A and only plan, the failure of that plan is directly proportional to the failure of the great grandson of a former Benin War lord, Chief Obaseki. Watching Governor Godwin Obaseki speak on Channels yesterday, I was quite fascinated by his composure and approach. Ordinarily, one would have expected him to appear in a physical gait of anger, propelled by official might, in a lux of power display, as a result of the current political tension in the State, but no, he maintained his calm charisma. He went on Channels with charts and statistics from actually conducted epidemiological surveys and projections to prove his case against direct primaries which will have to be held in approximately 200 locations, as against indirect primaries which will be held in a single, coordinated and social-distance-enabling environment like a stadium, under the supervision of health workers and security personnel. And he made sense; a genuine public-health-related sense. You may disagree with him politically but his evidence is solid and too vehement to oppose. While some may choose to maintain their political bias surrounding the circumstance, I think we should also consider the fact that COVID-19 is still very much active and real, and as a people, irrespective of our political disposition, we should view the coming primaries with a slight shift in our perspective to enable us bring issues into proper focus. It is like Alexander Graham Bell wrote, "Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work in hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to focus ." I would presume that we may have allowed our minds to be politically motivated , interest-wise, that we cannot yet feel the scorching heat of the deadly ailment currently ravaging the very foundations and institutions of countries around the world. Governor Obaseki's views and actions may seem to be favouring his interest politically, but he is doing the right thing as far as the health of the people he presides over as Governor is concerned. While we go about our politicking, public health and safety must remain paramount in our minds. Conducting Primaries in approximately 200 locations in the State would be reckless, unwise and a direct invitation to a COVID-19 disaster in the State. Health workers and security agents are stretched thin enough already from managing the corona virus pandemic and I do not think the State would have the required human resources to monitor about 200 electoral centres effectively, at the moment. It is my firm suggestion therefore that the direct primaries should be discarded for the indirect primaries. Whether it favours Obaseki or not is not the point, the point is, it favours the general health of the populace of Edo State. Positive developments from around the world on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19. Non-pharmaceutical interventions really work if used correctly and consistently. Physical distancing of at least 1m or more decreases risk of infection by 80%. Wearing a mask reduces risk by 85%. Let's all try to do this and maybe we can keep the pandemic under control. Remdesivir is coming! And an inhaled version is in the works. So far, this is the only drug that has been shown to have a modest effect on severe COVID-19 disease. Hopefully one of many to come. Monoclonal antibodies against COVID19 are coming: These are easier to scale up than convalescent plasma, and will be available much faster than any vaccine. Monoclonal antibodies also have long half-lives, meaning one dose might be enough. It also has the potential to act as a "passive" vaccine that we can give to our healthcare workers and vulnerable population. We should have some good data in about 1 to 3 months. Better antibody tests are coming: according to the FDA, Lab-based ELISAs are up to are 99% sensitive and 100% specific if done 14 days after symptom onset. Some of these measure neutralizing antibody, which would be a much better immunity correlate. ELISAs are much more sensitive than rapid tests because they use laboratory instrumentation to quantitatively measure antibody levels rather than a visual result which is subject to interobserver variability. Almost all COVID-19 patients are no longer contagious by the 11th day of illness. many countries such as Korea, Singapore etc are already changing their guidelines for clearing people from quarantine and are going for time-based clearance rather than test-based clearance. For context, RT-PCR can remain positive for up to 8 weeks, but people are no longer contagious by the 2nd week. This will allow us to record recoveries much faster (you used to have 2 negative RT-PCRs for clearance) and free up hospital and isolation beds. People will also be able to see their loved ones sooner. More severe and critical COVID-19 patients are surviving as medical experts get better at treating its complications. From early intubation, pulmonologists have moved on to high flow nasal cannulas and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. IL-6 inhibitors like tocilizumab (available locally) are in trials and are showing promise in keeping people alive. So much more but these are the highlights. This is yet another benefit of shutting down early. Aside from giving our healthcare system a chance to catch up, our knowledge of COVID-19 is growing and we will be better able to take care of those unfortunate enough to get infected. But prevention is still better than cure, so keep those masks on and we should do our best to protect each other. Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and Stay Alive. His Excellency the Governor of Edo state is the greatest thing that has happened to Edo State politically, Socially and Economically in recent time. He is a technocrat and an egalitarian leader of the very high esteem that has proven himself rightly in his governance of Edo State thus far. We couldn't have wished for a better governor at this critical time in human history. In the midst of the crisis in his party, he has continuously place governance above all the odds against him. He has made the Edo people his priority. What a Political leader! Let me categorically state here, that it's the political class or establishment in Edo state who are determined and have vowed to continue to feed fat from state treasury at the expense of the Edo common people, that are against Governor Obaseki. The Vituperation against the governor by the old political establishment is that he is not servicing political leaders of his party. Not that he is not delivering on the democratic dividend to the people of Edo State. Those guys want political patronage they will use as The conduit to bleed Edo treasury dry at the expense of the masses and the development that is happening in Edo state currently. God forbid! Edo Central was completely abandoned by Comrade Adams Oshiomole 8years in Office. Governor Godwin Obaseki came and turn Edo Central into a hub of infrastructural development. If you visit AAU today, you will be astonished to see the transformation that has taken place in that Ivory tower of learning under the leadership of Governor Godwin Obaseki. Today, Pensioners in Edo state are very proud monthly earners with their dignity intact because they are no longer a financial burden to relatives and children. They don't even have to come to beg the governor or go on protest for their monthly pensions as the tradition then was. Bravo Mr Governor! That is what even the formal labour leader who was governor for 8years could not achieve. Even my Village in Edo North has a touch of the governors exemplary leadership. Well done Mr Governor for the courage to fight for the good people of Edo State. Posterity will be kind to you. ONE GOOD TERM DESERVE ANOTHER! Dear people of Edo State, the fight against the governor is a fight against the development of our dear state. Please, take it personally! The fight against the governor is a fight to take over the treasury of the state for their personal aggrandisement. Edo People should rise up against these political vampires whose only stock in trade is political patronage. Outside of politics, these guys got no value to offer as such got no earning power. In the confrontation between light and darkness, the light will always triumph over darkness. I am optimistic that Governor Godwin Obaseki will triumph over his adversaries and clinched the ticket to continue in office as Governor of Edo state for another four years by the grace of God. Menstruation is a healthy biological process of women and girls’ reproductive cycle and not a taboo, it is as normal as the beards that grows on the face of guys, hence there is no need to be shy about it, do not allow anybody make you feel impure or ashamed because of your period. Menstruation is a sign that you have the ability to reproduce so instead of feeling ashamed because of your period, let your period remind you that you have the potentials of being a mother, and that should be something to smile about. All you need is to maintain proper menstrual hygiene. Here are some tips on how to maintain your menstrual hygiene. Changing used pad. PHOTO: GETTY - Change your pad every 4-6 hours, do not wait till it get soaked. - Go for good sanitary pads as women with sensitive skin may need to avoid sanitary pads with plastic lining, as they can cause rashes, itchiness, and boils when rubbing against the skin. - Always keep your vaginal area clean. - Do not use soap or vaginal hygiene products to wash inside your vaginal as the vagina has its own cleaning mechanism that works in a very fine balance of good and bad bacteria. Washing it with soap can kill the good bacteria making way for infections - Always wash or wipe your genitals from front to back as this is important. Cleaning in the opposite direction can make way for bacteria from the anus into the vagina and urethral opening, leading to infection. - Always pat the vaginal area dry after every wash using a clean and sterile wipe, else it might cause irritation. Also, keep the area between the legs dry. Use good antiseptic powder to help keep the area dry - preferably before wearing the pad and after washing the vagina. - Never use two pads simultaneously as this may cause excessive heat. - Always wear comfortable and clean underwear. - Bath regularly - Discard used sanitary products properly. Never flush your used sanitary pad and tampons down the toilet as they can clog plumbing and cause the toilet to overflow when blocked. Discard them properly and throw them in the dustbin to prevent the spread of infections. SOURCE: https://afrib.org.ng/2020/05/28/menstrual-hygiene/

How come some men fall asleep after Ejaculation? Is this natural or there is a problem? It is true that some men fall asleep and it is natural to feel sleepy after Ejaculation, the brain releases nerve calming substances such as Serotonin, oxytocin, prolactin, vasopressin, these makes you feel sleepy and relax almost immediately. Further research as showed that men with higher level of prolactin are more sleepy after ejaculation. The level of prolactin released during real sex is higher than the one released during masturbation hence masturbators hardly fall asleep after the act. So next time your man falls asleep after a round of sex its not because he is lazy and doesn't love you, its because of nerve soothing substances released during ejaculation. Remember Endorphins are also released they are potential pain reliever substances that will cure your tension headaches anxiety and worries. SOURCE: https://afrib.org.ng/2020/05/28/why/
