You can stop breastfeeding now as the baby is old enough to eat other foods.juat wean gradually

Mama's in the house, I'm trying to wean my daughter and today is day 2. The engorgement is really something else, can I squeeze the breast milk out? And what other home remedy can I use to relieve me of the pain? I've taken paracetamol though and no fever

You can express just a little.wear like 2 to 3 bras to hold the breast firm .you can take Ibuprofen and put very cold cabagge leave in your bra.but don't express more than once in a day just a little and your shouldn't express for more than 2days.you will be fine

Soak 5 fingers of okro in water overnight (cut each okro into 4/5). Take it first thing in the morning after your period. You can take it for 5 days. Use different okro each day
