The thing is, some people can take pineapple in pregnancy and nothing will happen and others try it and the story is not funny. Pregnancy craving sometimes does not end after you eat what you crave for once, you might want to keep having it until you pass that stage. You could have one slice of pineapple and nothing will happen but would your craving end after 1 pineapple? Try to opt for other fruits. Other sabi mamas might have a different opinion though

The same thing happened to me especially the injectables that thing show me shege so I stopped . Lubricants worked for a while before it got worst again. Maybe you should switch to another kind of family planning .

I've tried disposable and washable brea.st pads but they still get soaked and stain my dress.
This can be really embarrassing when one is outdoors.
Kindly help with suggestions (Asides expressing).
