Am having this same issue but I think my own is the worst. Have tried all possible means to stop it but non could avail. I started bitting fingers and enter chewing of dead skin now am pulling out hairs from my beard and other places. I was told that a Cognitive behavioral therapist is the one that can help me stop it but the price that I was asked to give was too high. Only God knows what am passing through
