Depression is real and typing or speaking from experience, I can tell you how is feels.

Firstly, you need a good support system. From either good friends or family. Some may not understand what you are going through but you still need them.

Secondly, NEVER isolate yourself. NEVER be alone. The more you stay alone the more damage you would causing to yourself and mental state. If you are still with the toxic partner, you probably need a break to get yourself out of this pit.

Thirdly, you need enough sleep. I wouldnt encourage anti-depressant drugs. You can try swallowing garlic before bedtime.

Fourthly, you to exercise. A simple 30-40mins outdoor brisk walking will make the difference. You may not feel the impact initially but remaining consistent overtime you will feel the great effect. Also please drink lots of water. At least 4Liters per day

Fifthly, write down your thoughts. This helps greatly!!! Write as much as you can. At this depressive state, your mind will be processing alot and you may end up making wrong decisions. Writing your thoughts would organize your mind and purge unwanted thoughts.

Lastly, reduce talking about what made you depressed. The more you talking about it, the more depressed you maybe. It is allowed to vent for 20min Max per day.

You have to be intentional about your effort to defeat depression. If you are still with the toxic partner, please avoid talking to much about the toxic events for now. You can only have a constructive with a clear mind.

Be in control of your thoughts and ALWAYS stay positive

Mehn, i understand you very much because i am there too.. Only God knows how many times i have comtemplated suicide. There was a night i bought a bottle of sniper and it was just looking like coke to me, i also ended it but my poor mom came to my mind and i couldnt do it again...
I have made wrong choices, mistakes, i am mostly alone, i feel like i have failed, feeding from hand to mouth, hustling and struggling just to eat.. Brother, you need to know that Depression is a mental problem - and just like any other problem, it is has a root cause- your number 1 task is to find this cause then start to work on finding the solution to the problem. One problem with depression is that you do not want to relate this problem to other people. Honestly, if you can genuinely find someone that really cares for you and you talk to that person, it will go a long way to help you

I've been depressed as well for some time, from a failed relationship too (with me being the major cause). I lost some important people too, and things have been southward.

Thankfully, I'm slowly getting myself back. It's worthy to note that as long as life and time still exist, hope is not far-fetched. You just have to be intentional about working yourself up to that place you want to be.

Get busy, fill up your time with something worth it. You need to use each waking time to do something you actually want to do. Socialize (a little bit if you're an introvert like me), get busy, work yourself up, strategize, do some chores.. just do something. With time, you'll adjust to a new reality.

Cheer up bro, this time will pass. Trust me.

Building a brand/business takes more than what you posted above. I believe you must have done your SWOT analysis, hence, the 4 things you highlighted needed for your Brand exposure.

But, I am lost to why you'll start running google ads first?
You need an identity (logo), yes. Social Media presence, off course. If these are your only growth pattern then you seriously need to go back to the drawing board.

Scaling a business/brand here in Naija takes majorly three things;
Having a clear product/service.
Identifying your target audience.
Then, having a marketing (growth) plan.

When you understand all these stuffs, your next step would be to map up your growth campaign. So my verdict is, first do a good product and consumer research.

Start from social media before website. Don't run ad in any of the social media page yet until you get to some stage, it's Bleep.ing expensive. Give out cash or airtime to boost your page instead.

Social media page is free but website not except one landing bad looking page.

In addition, it's not going to be easy at start, with consistency and honesty, the main goals would be achieved.
