I scored well over 70% in the CBT and was invited for the interview but yet to be given appointment. I was told they sent the list of those given appointment to FCC for approval certificate before they work on the second batch!

That is what they told me when I went for follow-up in April. I don't know whether that waiting is for officers Level 8 and above because they are giving appointments, probably to junior cadres and special urgent needs. Let's keep hope alive and pray along!

No information available to me my brother! Let's keep praying and hoping. With scanty number of students (less than 250) matriculated, definitely, they won't need many hands at the moment. Without doubt, they're many departments or faculties that may not take off this session, while they might have interviewed and put potential lecturers for such departments/faculties on standby. Same with many non-academic positions.
Someone familiar with public administration told me they seemed to have rushed and kickstarted the session so they could be integrated into the national budget under review.
Bottom line: let every applicant not put all his/her eggs in one basket but keep praying and trying. The door will open at God's time here or anywhere else!

Is your friend an academic or non academic please, and when did the fellow get his/her appointment letter? I know they are many staff members taken, especially non academic that are aides to the founding principal officers, who automatically formed the maiden staff members.

22,000 general applicants or those interviewed were up to that figure? On the day of my interview for non academic, we should be around 150. Academic will definitely be fewer than that. So going by NUC recommended ratio of university staffing i.e 1:3, there's high hope for everyone invited for interview, except there's an observed gross flaw on a candidate at the interview!

At the interview, the Registrar said there's hope for them that as the school kicks off and needs more hands, they'll be inviting candidates from that pool. What was your score at the CBT Test?

What's the latest with those in touch today? When I tried to make enquiry on our job application status with the contact number made available on the school's website, I was told he only treat enquiries on students registration issues

I rest my case here! In any system, there are chances of bad eggs and crooks who would want to exploit people especially the desperate ones but here, I can't compromise! Without reasonable doubts, some may scale through such means and many others would lose. My belief is, if it doesn't work, life goes on but God is in charge, the one that rules and over rules in the affairs of men. Impossibility only exists in the realm of humans! If there's anything like jobs for sale at FUHSO, be rest assured that the perpetrators will be rank and files that may just swindle desperate applicants of their hard earned money without hope of delivery. The VC I know and other key principal officers there will not bring themselves down so low to offer jobs for sale!

If you did as requested, I would advise you exercise patience. That they could get across to you is a good omen that they will definitely consider you. What I have observed is that they are very systematic and doing things at their own pace and according to their schedules. I applied for the position of an Administrative Officer, but haven't been contacted by them but I have not lost hope!

Na so the desperation reach? You may be surprised the letters may come out after this month. Documentation, induction activities may last between October and December, then full academic programmes and works start January 2022. Let's keep our fingers crossed and be praying. The school's management have their own programme they're working with systematically!

Thanks Chardyni, I still keep my dream alive of working with WFP. In case a candidate couldn't scale through an attempt at their aptitude test or interview, I believe he can still apply for future openings in his/heer field of endeavour/interest at WFP?

I applied for a role of an admin associate in June. I was invited to take an aptitude test in their office August 10, 2017. It's been about a week now and I am yet to hear from them. I don't know whether there is an unusual delay to reach to qualified candidates for interview or we need to prepare better for future opportunities with them.
For all those who had taken aptitude test with them and were invited for interviews, how long did it take after tests before they communicate applicants that are shortlisted for interview pls?

That implies the December applicants may not take preliminary online quiz as was the case in October. It appears WFP modifies their methods of recruitment from time to time. Any way, any news for those who applied for Administration Officer or Warehouse Associate?

The same role you applied for in September on which you were rostered, was that post advertised in December or you were deemed fit for another post or role similar? I guess you have the privilege to be informed ahead of other candidates because of their interest in you that you are on their roster. The first test for the September openings was administered about 2 weeks after the jobs advert was closed. I believe potential candidates for the December adverts would still be contacted. Kudos to you!

Was there any online quiz either by Bezaleel or any other organisations for the openings that closed on December 2? Isn't it too early as at today that candidates have been shortlisted out of the applications for the openings that closed on December 2 or you mean an earlier openings?

For those who have been recruited, do WFP confine applicants to the applicant's station of interest or they deploy at random to their different stations in Nigeria?
