Unfortunately, the curriculum we run here in Nigeria and the external exams we write doesn't give room for these flexibility. In a British system of education, Primary pupils and Junior take few subjects, they write just three papers during exams. Maths, English and Science.. Same with the senior Secondary School Students in Nigerian Schools, they take like 12 subjects and enrol like 9 subjects for external exams. Students writing IGCSE exams under the British Schools, take maximum 5-6 subjects.. Their exams is even divided in two, core and extended students. Go and look at our scheme of work and curriculum, it's too broad and knowledgeable based. They're topics to teach during mid term break and even to week 12. |

I don't understand why they are still in detention..Charge them to court for any offense and let the law take it course. Putting people under house arrest is a violation of their fundamental human rights. This is not democracy that we copied from the West. We keep critizing the military regime, have we progressed or regressed as a nation? I don't think we experienced all these chaos under Obasanjo, Yaradua and Jonathan.. This started under the administration of past regime. PBAT claimed to be a Democrat, so I want to see him lead by example. It's high time we stopped hating ourselves, put religion, tribalism, ethnicity and nepotism aside and embrace peace and unity. These have been the routine politicians campaign with. If not, Nigeria might cease to exist, because it's not getting funny anymore. I rest my case. |

WAEC has lower the standard of their exam questions. Everything is just too easy to pass now! I completely disagree with you on the standards of the examination. Infact, take time and look at the quality of the questions, then you will see how technical they're especially the sciences. The reason why we have a very high pass rate is the increase in examination malpractices and miracle centres scattered all over the country. I can give you names of schools that involve in malpractices and you investigate yourself. WAEC has failed to address this and it has a long term effect on the educational sector and also reduce the quality of graduates produce in our universities. |

Haters will not leave arsenal alone...They started the season well and were ruthless in preseason destroying teams with reckless abadon including chelsea. They have recruiting the best players and with a strong bench now.. Defensively they were strong as a unit...Kudo to Saliba, White and others. Aubameyang is a leader and the club captain, what example is he showing for missing trainings. The club grants you permission to travel abroad to attend to your sick mum, he should have communicated to the club if there's a need that he would stay over and miss training if the situation isn't under control. The club has set a standard regards discipline and non-negotiables which everyone is aware, both players, staff members and the coaching crew. Arsenal players and captains have heard the club to ransom in the past and is a new era for the club to address this. 2 Likes |

The number of death in Lagos is over 400 as reported by NCDC. Half of these were recorded during the second wave, between December and February. Please let us stay safe and follow the stipulated guidelines whether the government is cashing out or not. Covid-19 is real folks, our saving grace was our immune system and young population. Many people had the virus but recovered without taking a drug or hospitalization and it ranges from mild to critical cases. Let us protect our elderly one's especially those with underlying health conditions and leave ignorant out of this. We shall overcome, it's a phase. 2 Likes |
