If she will be out of status end 2023 let her put Nigeria if ur case move faster to NVC u r can change ur interview center to Canada
U can start the process no time

Good Morning everyone. I am a US citizen and my Nigerian girlfriend is studying in Canada. I would like to file for K1 visa for her because we have met once about 2 months ago. My question is if she will have to go back to Nigeria for her Interview or she can have her interview done at the consulate in Toronto. ? Just want to make sure its possible before going ahead as her Student status is still active till end of 2023.

And also what is the current processing time from Nigeria. ?

Goodday all, I am a US citizen but my fiancée is studying in Canada, I will like to file a k-1 visa for her but I want to be sure If she can go to the US embassy in Canada or she will have to go to the embassy in Nigeria when the time comes. She is not a resident of Canada, she is just a student studying there.

You have to pay for you servis fee and also visa, book the nearest visa appointement you can find on the available visa date. Then on your left hand section of your page, you will find request emergency appointment, upload the required documents along with a letter explaining why you need an emergency date. Wait for response afterwards.

Good afternoon house.
I got an admission to WIU, My i-20 was just issued and classes would be starting Jan 18 2022. I am trying to schedule an appointment date and the closest I can find for Lagos is Sept 2022. I do not mind going to Abuja but the closest in Abuja is May 2022. Please can someone Advise on how to schedule an emergency date. Your response would be appreciated.
