Obansanjo this morning declared a state of emergency in Ekiti. He accused the house especially the speaker of selfish interest in carrying out the impeachment process. it is obvious that Obasanjo has selfish interest in this matter, after encouraging the house to go ahead with the impeachment, he now finally realizes the unconstitutionality in the matter.



the state of emergency should not exceed May 19 after the elections has been concluded. so whoever takes over (if anybody does) will just perform the handing over rite. i wonder who it will be, the illegally impeach governor, his deputy or the illegal acting governor?

i see the hand of OBJ in all thats going on in ekiti. the president himself must be impeached for not defending the constitution he swore to defend. end of story

the first panel is no panel since only the assembly can dictate the proceeding of any panel appointed by the CJ and they were to submit their report to the assembly and not make it public as they did. therefore, their action was null and void
