He awoke with Bambaataa performing MouthAction on him. After that incident, a number of similar allegation surfaced against Bambaataa, some dating back to the 1980s.

As an African, I am not surprised that not a single African countries is included in that list of 40. Servants of slave masters and colonizers shall never ever learn. I wish that there could have been a single African leader who will steadfastly tell these countries that any foreign country that requires a visa from it shall also be expected to apply for a visa. For example: No visa is required from US citizens to visit South Africa, but they are expected to apply for one if they wish to visite the US. I suggest tit-for-tat.
