80% of igbos don't live or work in biafra land. They only remember biafra land during xmas season.

Give them biafra and they will still be running to Nigeria and other places for their business because they can't do much in biafra land.

You can see the typical mind of the igbos, they hustle outside biafra and make noise in biafra land. Before February all of them are back to their hustle places and won't be on biafra land to vote for Obi. Later people will say obi will clear the whole SE. Even if that happens, it won't make any difference because all the votes that will come out from SE will be like a dot.

If Southeasterners, South-Southerners, and Northerners could vacate Lagos for one year.
Make I no just talk.

Safe journey and a merry Christmas in advance to all of us.
Lol! See reasoning . The situation is like a farm and a farmer. You are now saying,if the farmer do not go to farmer for a year ..... reason am like that.
Anyone that come to Lagos to hustle, first thing in his mind is to make money. If they are not making money you dont have to imagine it,they would have left Lagos for Lagosians.
They are not doing Lagos any favour and if you think they are favouring Lagos, let them stay back and favour their states.

Mass exodus of south easterners leaving Lagos for Christmas today

I am on my way to My maternal home in south east for Christmas.

Those Tinubu people spreading fake news that Igbos are not traveling this year for Christmas because of Imaginary IPOB disturbance in the east were only saying so because they've never seen the four walls of the airport before.

South east is peaceful and I must say to you guys that almost all the airlines aircraft seats are fully booked till February next year.

God will continue to bless the entire south east states

God bless the federal republic of Nigeria

God bless President Muhammadu Buhari

God bless his Excellency and next President of Nigeria, Mr Peter Obi.

Here's how you may also want to look at it.

Remember, the primary tool in production is the human, correct?. If the people mentioned chose to stay back where they come from, they will contribute to the development of these places with time and make it competitive as well. Nigerians are lazy in thinking for the most part. Our citizenry have always forgotten to dig for gold and keep for themselves. They want it ready and refined.

If for any reason these “visitors” decided to vacate Lagos as some here have always advocated, even temporarily, Lagos may not live to tell the rest of the story. Definitely not in its present form, but the “visitors” will not only survive, they will also thrive and prosper.

Lagos will certainly need to move in search of that which the “visitors” have hitherto provided and taken for granted.

You are looking at it one way. I will still use the situation of farm and a farmer. A good farmer doesnt plant on any soil. A good farmer must be a able to recognise and have understanding of the soil to sow and also must have understanding of seasons to have a better harvest. You dont just choose any soil to plant.
Lagos invested in Kebbe for the purpose of rice production. Why did LG have to leave other States in southwest to go North for Land? When you are a business man you dont take decision with emotion. Dangote for example came to Lagos to build refinery leaving his own state. That is a business man for you.
Give it to host too while you commend the visitors. At the end everybody needs one another.

Everybody definitely needs one another. But your farm and farmer analogy is rather too simplistic to apply in what can be described as a non-analogous situation such as we are discussing here. There are potentially numerous Lagos in Nigeria. Abuja is a Lagos. Were it to host a seaport and accorded the monopoly thereof, Lagos in its current nature will be history.

If portharcourt was Nigeria's capital, what do you think she will be today. Let's leave it there. Lagos remains our collective sweat, and also our collective heritage. Everybody needs one another, and that's the more reason every Nigerian must work hard and not let the narrative revisionists do their dirty handwork, but protect that which we all invested in.
