in a nutshell, when the oil/coolant sensor goes bad......the ecu/fan module get no signal to operate hence the oil boils then to much temperature builds up and engine stops to protect itself.

simple fix and in expensive. if you had scanned the car 1st it will show up immediately instead of wasting money..........

engine oil coolant sensor might have failed. scan for error code!!

your engine oil is boiling!!!!

Please I need to understand how engine oil overheat.

Most big engines have an intercooler or separated radiator for cooling engine fliuds used for various purposes be it engine oil, aircon fliud, transmission/gearbox fluid and/or turbo charged air.

Other vehicles have both water and engine oil cooling combined to use one radiator but with separate trigger to initiate cooling as when required.

My car system is the later. The engine oil temperature sensor went and sh*t load of overheating started.

Wen this happened u can see smoke coming out of de exhaust pipe as de car burns oil and due to high temp it gets thinner loosing viscosity.

Nothing u can do will rectify dis problem unless you change the engine oil/coolant sensor and any oda damages it causes.

A simple scan isolates the issue and was fixed.

Overheating in engines can be caused by series of issues but not limited to water cooling(gasket) but engine oil overheating. Most People start throwing parts at a problem they never diagnosed!!!!

The keep saying but there is water in the engine i topped it up myself and several time. Ultimately, the overheating problem starts affecting other parts in the car.......hoses, tubes start boiling, splitting and bursting like craze.

My major issue right now is low fuel efficiency.
It consumes so much and the issues has been there since I acquired it as tokunbo.
I've changed nozzles, plugs, fixed exhaust, cleared the MAF, yet nothing seems to help.
The car is in good condition and performance has not reduced. The main issue is just the consumption.

maybe dem kazeem connect the fan direct and removed the thermostat.......so check very well.

clean the throttle body and also exhaust catalyst if still present!

you need to give more info on ur car engine car; petrol or diesel; year too

I would not also want to share all my communications with my spouse with strangers... It is against fundamental rights and decency. One should just try to be natural and not to try to engineer communications for the benefit of the ECOs. They should be savvy enough to know what is going on; most of the time...

I think refusal based on a mistrust of a relationship will not likely be on just communication logs - my opinion. People should not fret too much unless, of course, there is no that much travelling and not married or with no children and possibly a quick application months into a relationship...

Brp is no biggie. Go collect it on ur arrival for england at the designated post office dem give u. Yes 10 working days. Abi u dey go work immediately u landed??
