An officer comes to arrest a suspect. The guy allegedly works with the suspects. They are probably friends, cohorts or gang members.

He sees the DSS officer and starts running. And this does not raise concern?
If the other suspect was not around, it means he fled earlier. The second suspect probably wanted to escape too.

Now have we asked the nature of crime they commited?
What if they are robbers? Or responsible for d death of personnel? Or BH members? Or agatu suspects? Or planing bomb attack in jos?

Security personnel don't just shoot, sumtin triggers shooting. Let's also listen to them.

[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][/font] they already caught the guy they came for the john dan is not a thief he was just unfortunate he bought a stolen phone and the Hezekiah only went to john dan's stand to flash a phone for a customer because john dan flashes phones so is not a Boko haram or agatu suspect and too he didn't shoot him dead because he was not having a weapon even if he has to shoot they guy has legs for God sake and he already caught the guy why then shoot the was that the guy was just trigger happy..

The DSS official already caught the guy before shooting him, because it happened in my presence.when they came in they asked who was John Dan and they guy indicated,they held him and they other guy being the Hezekiah, was trying leave the scene the other DSS told him to stop and that if him ran he would shoot they guy now stopped and the DSS held the guy and shot him from the back and the bullet now burst out from the stomach. But my question was that even that guy was an armed robber which i can bet my life he is not , don't he have the right to justice? Why didn't the DSS shoot his legs? Why did he kill that innocent guy? in Nigeria security operatives behave so unruling because they wear one dirty uniform and no training all what they know how to do is to intimidate civilians
