Ok. Maybe you can
1. Check where you installed it and provide improve the ventilation around the heat exchange coils at the back. You can add a standing fan to blow over it, move it away from the wall or enclosed area. These may help improve heat transfer and aid faster freezing
2. Check if the voltage supply to it is constantly at the recommended value. An inverter system can help out your mind to rest with this, or a good stabilizer.

Thanks for the tips…The freezer comes with fan that blows the heat out from the compressor region. Do I still need to add another fan to blow the heat exchange coils?
Just as recommended from a post here that some space has to be given away from the wall…I followed that and even a bit more (10inches) away from the wall.
I’m running it with solar so the inverter is putting out constant voltage for sure. They said it can do 140-260V I guess and the output voltage of the inverter is 220+

Running it 24/7 for four days, it’s not able to freeze 30 pieces of the water tied in it even though they claim it’s freezing capacity is 32kg/24hrs

The allowable voltage range that will not harm the cells is 2.500v-3.650v.
The working voltage range is 3.000v-3.400v per cell.
Charging above 3.425v per cell gains you nothing other than tear and wear because there is no appreciable stored energy above that voltage.

Don’t buy the 720L. But the 250L X 2 or 3 as recommended by that guy. Since it’s solar powered. The larger the vaccum(space) the longer it takes to chill and eventually freeze.

The more the content in the freezer the longer it takes to freeze up.

With that set up forget about water heater. Focus on your ice blocks bro. Kill that 720L idea if you aren’t on a 33kva line.

I’ve not been on here for a while, I ended up buying 519L Haier Thermocool but it’s not doing the job as I expected and it consume at least 240W even though it’s rated 140W
But it’s not actually all useless as I plan on getting fabricated ice block machine and whenever I harvest I will be putting them inside the freezer

Due to my knowledge, I thought each cell can attain 3.65V at fully charge and 2.5V while low?

I see no reason the inverter will not power the 140w freezer and I think a member here power his with this same inverter.
I sold 1.2kw 12v inverter to a customer and it powered his 140w freezer without any stress.

Asking because I wanted to know if it’s close to Ekiti as Ineed some things there tomorrow and I don’t want to pay too much for waybill

The inverter should be able to carry this deep freezer. I power my 80w Haier Thermocool deep freezer with just the 1600w and it works. Give it a try. To increase the chances of it working, try these out though:

- Put on the inverter when the battery is well charged (at least 12.6v for a 12v system). If you are on solar, you should be hitting this by even 10am

- Put off ALL the appliances in the house and put on the deep freezer first. This will give the inverter enough headroom to accommodate the surge of the deep freezer

- As a last resort if you try the two points above and the inverter still trips on overload when you put on the freezer, leave it (the deep freezer) on, then switch off the inverter and put it back on so that the freezer will come on along with it.

If all three methods don't work, then upgrade the inverter

It’s an inverter freezer which means it has no surge…I tried plugging it to a 2kva generator and the generator doesn’t change sound in anyway.

Since my inverter got fried by lightning and it’s yet to be fixed and man never guide to buy another as I’d love to get a reliable one when I’m making a purchase.
I want to know if it’s fine to run the attached freezer picture on this inverter.
It’s a thermocool inverter freezer so energy efficient and the start up voltage isn’t high.

He didn’t buy them…He is the one coupling the battery himself, he delivered one for me last week 7.1kwh and he will be delivering another this week 1.34kwh.

I can't really tell because I've not used Thermocool Genpal before.
Even the energy saving Lg ACs we're talking about, there are a lot of fake ones in the markets.
You may be surprised to see a huge energy consumption when you put it to use.

I believe one of the problem you're having with your setup is your charging system.

Get an mppt charge controller like powmr and install, then confirm if the battery will still perform that poorly.

Again your inverter should be among the earlier models of Felicity inverters that are not that efficient (their self consumption are over 100w) and from the pictures you shared it looks like a used inverter that was repaired at some point.

This looks more like lithium polymer judging from the attached pictures.

1. Are you charging the battery with external charge controller or from the inverter?

2. Does your inverter/charge controller has the correct charging profile for the battery (that's if my assumption of the battery being a lithium polymer is correct).

Try and confirm if my assumption is true by taking the voltage measurement of each cell and see if you'll get between 3.7 to 4.2v at full charge.

The inverter has an inbuilt PWM charge controller rated 50A

Hmmmm...to run freezers at night, 1m+? How was that supposed to be possible?

These are some of the issues...

He uploaded a 10kwh battery and I said I want half of that and he gave me a quote for it and I paid. Afterwards I also paid for inverter and solar panels differently so when I said over a million, that’s just for the battery alone.
I paid since last year and during this time even Felicity supposed 5kwh battery is at least able to supply 4.3kw and it’s sold below the price I paid for the DIY at that time before the dollar started rising and prices of things skyrocketed.
Regardless of the efficiency of the inverter and power loss due to heat, 4.3kw that Felicity battery supplied will run a 110W three start rated freezer for more than 24hrs without recharging so yes it’s nothing impossible if he did what we agreed on…Thanks!
