**** Monthly Stamped payslips
**** Cash Salary Certificate (On the Company's Letterhead) Sample Attached.
**** Personal income Certs that covers for the year I worked for the company
**** Statutory Declaration (Sample Attached)
**** Pictures taken while working with the company.

Does this apply in your case?

Nope, I was assesed by TRA.
Electrician was transferred to Vettasses (which requires practical assessment) on the 1st of April 2018. I have submit for assessment before then.

CO requested for pay evidence, Vaccination Card and spouse English proficiency report.

Hello House, I have a logged 489 VISA, CO contacted me yesterday for evidence of payment of my salary when employed at a company I am claiming a year from. I worked with this company between 2008 to 2010, I received by salary by hand, No pension, No payslip and Tax was not remmitted. I paid a three year Tax myself this year, any advice on what to do further?

Upload the tax document again. You can get a letter from the company to also substantiate your claim or do a letter of explanation stating that tax payment was made to cover the years and notarise it

Thanks for your response, please where can I notorize my documents?

Personal income tax was paid in Jan 2019 to cover for those years.
