Thank you the response, I’m grateful. I will be patient to wait if I can get the 489 visa grant before the 60days grace to apply for the 190
tunlex01:

1. You could have continued with the initial immiaccount.
2. Yes, processing time for each visa class are different. DHA will not continue. You could be lucky both applications will be treated together
3. you can select that you did medicals within the last 12 months and provide details of your e-medical while filling d form.

Note that if your 190 visa is granted before 489, then 190 becomes invalid and 489 becomes the valid visa.

Best of luck.

If Tax and Pension weren't deducted by the company, then you need not worry about that.

Get a reference letter and Paystubs to validate your employment

Get a statutory declaration to prove that your salary was paid in cash, have it signed by your MD or CEO and notarized by certified NBA lawyer.

They just want you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you were paid by cash. That's all. Don't complicate. If the company doesn't pay tax, and you go ahead to include a tax certificate, I don't know if that would fly.

Please what of an individual who works alone like me, I dont have a registered company, I work alone as a builder and am paid in cash direct from clients who gave me jobs.
How do I tackle these issue of payslip

Your best bet is to register your business now as all the years your company was not registered cannot be used for this journey.

Hello House, I have a logged 489 VISA, CO contacted me yesterday for evidence of payment of my salary when employed at a company I am claiming a year from. I worked with this company between 2008 to 2010, I received by salary by hand, No pension, No payslip and Tax was not remmitted. I paid a three year Tax myself this year, any advice on what to do further?

Congratulations, may God proper you as you relocate. Since you did not have tax, pension, bank statement, what did you provide in response to the CO's request for payment evidence. I know this will help a lot of people that received cash payments

I'd advise you do away with the PGD since it's a recent qualification. Most assessing bodies tend to approve only the years after the most recent qualification.

Which University awarded your Bsc?
