I think what caused the confusion was the OLE_OPI form. Earlier, I made a statement in it that the form is strictly for the paper application. If u followed the online process, all you should submit is only the printed online application and you don't need to fill any OLE_OPI form . If you go through the two, u will see that the content are the same. And you doing online application and submitting and OLE_OPI form will only complicate and contradict eachother and they will have to process your application manually which can take more time.

thanks alot for the prompt response. so whats the process like? how will i get yo know the decision? and secondly why will the embassy change the route of ones applicayion? is there any reason why its that way or they decide which goes electronic and which goes paper?

The request I got for additional supplementary information was quite straight forward and thanks to the bosses in the house who all helped me simplify it. Try as much as possible to throw your request for supplementary information open to the house in order to get different ideas on how to go about it or better still u can PM any of the bosses to seek their opinion privately.

1)I was asked to reprint my SOA
-Clarify my sponsor's salary account
-SOA from all my sponsor's account
- employment contract of my sponsor

2) To clarify 3 different deposits into my sponsor's account with documentation.

Good Morning u'all, The OLE_OPI is for the paper application while u only need to print the summary on your dashboard for the online application.

SCHOOLDROPOUT:
Abehg, the OLE_OPI form is mandatory regardless of the route you're taking. Please, don't confuse the niqqa! Why not prepare for the worst case scenario? Print anything printable. If those secretaries/receptionists heads turn for you ehn, the frustration wey dem go give you go throw you off balance sehf. Print that damn thing and sign the fawque OLE_OPI form.


I mean it but don't take me too serious! .

Bank Statement must be stamped and signed

Must the BANK stamped copy of the Bank Statement be scanned or can i send the [b]un[/b]stamped E-copy of the bank statement from my bank.

I scanned the whole document but its too heavy, the limit is 4mb or so and the insurance certificate with the policy document is more than that so, i just upload the first page that matters then i will send the full document to d embassy. Lobatan

Despite what UAF said about my incomplete transcript, which i had to send the second time according to the specifications they gave as reasons for rejecting the first one. However, i received a mail for skype interview yesternyt from one of the schools i applied to(Turku) while UNIV. OF HELSINKI mailed me to inform me of the receipt of all my docs. Does this mean my application has been accepted by TURKU??
