Someone picked "what do you understand by art", another person picked "describe your perfect day" all these amongst others. Just prepare your mind for any random topic. One can only do well if one has ever stayed prepared. Because I really don't know you would come up with so many points within just 30secs on an unfamiliar or unclear topic and be expected to last 3mins. In fact, there was a lady who was unable to say nothing. She just said no idea ! And she was asked to take her leave. In fact, she didn't spend 10 seconds out of her 3mins. Someone also said she could barely talk for 15 seconds because she couldn't gather any thought on the topic. Many many funny experiences !

Just to talk anything about a topic

You will be asked to pick a paper from an envelope. What you pick is what you discuss. And you will be given 30 seconds to gather your thoughts while you discuss the topic for 3 mins...Then you go for the next phase of the interview, the real panel interview...The first phase is just a presentation to two panelists, not an interview per se. You even present your topic sitting down facing them...So it's more like a one-on-one discussion. All the best !

They requested us to confirm availability for the assessment by selecting one of three dates which in the actual sense they provided options for only two dates (4th or 5th Feb). Then I chose 5th, now they are asking me to come on 6th. This is just an "attack" on my plans. And they promised never to reschedule anyone ! This is serious !

I'm unable to write the test, I only saw already answered questions that can't be edited, I don't know if the problem is general.

My own issues are quite different. On clicking on Quiz, the message was that the quiz closed by 12:05am today. I couldn't even get to see any questions.

Yes. I got the invite after taking the test at Gbagada.

I got a mail from them asking me not to attempt the online test until further notice. Maybe because they currently have a server issue.

It is now going through and the deadline has been postponed till 31/12/2018 by 18:00(6pm).

You can give it a try if you are ready.

At this time, it is still not going through. I just hope they will extend the deadline while the network issues are fixed.

They are a corporate version of the so called GNLD people. I am not sure they are into marketing of drugs though but they made us understand they offer presentations to corporate bodies to earn a monthly income and that will be based on their performance as a partner(Anybody who joins them automatically becomes a partner). But the big question is, why was I lured into this? Why did they lie to me they are a business consulting firm?
My engagement with the so called SG(Soar Group) was a complete waste of time and resources...I won't lie to myself ! Very unfortunate!
Moral lessons: Pls don't go for any company's assessment/interview you never applied for...In fact, if a company does not have a website or is unregistered, pls don't reckon with them...Stupid set of talkatives ! When I didn't even apply to become an orator or motivational speaker. They will start telling stories about how successful business men built their system by leveraging on their employees' time and resources. All sorts of unsolicited motivation ! They start giving testimonies of how they get handsomely paid at the end of the month...But all na scam! Pls don't be tricked by their eloquence. Dem sabi talk ehn. Barbarians !

Did you apply for any HR position, and if you did, is it with the said company? If not, pls disregard, otherwise, you may end up wasting your time, energy and resources. Or better still, google the name of the company and check if they exist. Nobody known to me by any means will be a victim of this stupid set of chalartans. Because I was a victim of one SG Inc today. Regretful !
