A nice summary by Amit Segal of why there's no chance of forming a left-Arab government: "There's no chance whatsoever in post October 7 Israel that in one coalition will sit six first-degree family members of those murdered by Hamas alongside Knesset members who explain that it's actually a charitable organization." |
Four possible scenarios based on the emerging results: 1. Netanyahu manages to split the opposition, securing a majority with the help of defectors. 2. A left-wing government reliant on anti-Israel Arab parties. 3. A unity government that would require the left to abandon its boycott of Netanyahu. 4. Another round of elections. |
U.S. President Donald Trump: “When President Trump endorsed Bibi Netanyahu, the whole tide turned, and now, rather than a decisive defeat for a Great Prime Minister, it looks like a big come-from-behind stalemate, or even a WIN for Netanyahu. It all took place AFTER the Endorsement by President Trump, who only wants what is good for the Middle East, Israel, and the United States of America!” Irving C. Schwartz

The voter turnout in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) increased by 6.2%, reaching 80%. These are good news for Netanyahu’s block! |
With 50% of the votes counted, the seat tally stands at: 55 for Netanyahu’s bloc 49 for the opposition bloc 16 for the Arab bloc |
Israeli elections update: Channel 14 has updated its projection, and we’re now back to a 60–60 split. The 600,000 votes cast by diplomats and soldiers, which will be counted on Thursday, might tip the balance - and trust me, the soldiers lean much further to the right and won’t add a single vote to the Arab parties. As I said, it’s going to be a long week, and we won’t know the final outcome until Thursday night or even Friday morning, Israel time. |
New update: Netanyahu’s block is now with 62 seats! |
Channel 14 updates: Lieberman fails to pass the threshold. The right wing rises to 61. |
Summary of all the exit polls. Pay attention that all channels gave Netanyahu the largest number of seats. Channel 14 - the Fox News of Israel gave his block 60.

Voter turnout in Israel reached 74.3% of eligible voters as of 8 PM, with 2 hours remaining until polls close. Highest turnout in nearly four decades |

Small parties stand almost no chance in such a scenario, and medium-sized parties become small parties. |
There hasn’t been a voter turnout like this in Israel since at least 1969. |

"The Eternal One of Israel will not lie" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the Western Wall in Jerusalem on Monday evening, hours before polls opened for Tuesday’s Knesset elections, placing a handwritten note between the ancient stones. “To the IDF soldiers, our heroes, to victory over our enemies and to the success of our people,” Netanyahu wrote in the note, which he signed with the words “The Eternal One of Israel will not lie.”

FAKE NEWS! TERRORISTS MUST CONTINUE TO CRY. GOD BLESS ISRAEL |
Netanyahu: “Another piece of fake news -“ “I have no intention of firing the Chief of Staff, and we will continue working together for Israel's security.” 👉 “I do intend to permanently remove the Iranian nuclear threat. I will do so together with my friend President Trump, and we will also sign peace agreements with additional countries.”
|
FAKE NEWS Netanyahu says that “someone here is trying to start a fight, to blur the fact that the chief of staff himself said, and the head of IDF Military Intelligence said, and the head of the Mossad said, that Iran is trying to harm the elections.” “There was no fight between us,” he emphasizes. “It’s all nonsense.” “I instructed the IDF and the Mossad to topple the [Iranian] regime,” Netanyahu said. He also said that Arab states are waiting in line to join the Abraham Accords normalization agreement if Israel completes that mission against Iran.

Netanyahu: These days, because of the rise of the left in Europe, many entrepreneurs, businesspeople and companies are leaving for more business-friendly countries. People are fleeing closed economies for open economies like ours. Europe is losing a valuable workforce, and Israel must become one of the leading destinations for those investors and entrepreneurs.

Iran Threatens Germany Fars News Agency reported, citing its security and defense correspondent, that Iran has warned Germany that all German military bases and facilities in the region would be treated as legitimate targets if Berlin openly enters a military conflict with Iran. The same report said Tehran also told Germany to stop harassing Iranians living there under what it called baseless allegations. The warning comes days after Iran summoned Germany’s ambassador over repeated accusations, while Berlin separately summoned Iran’s envoy over an alleged plot against a Jewish community leader. |
