INEC did the "right thing in a wrong way " by refusing the voting of 388 polling unit by it's Returning Officer that lack power to do so. The results from these units were full of irregularities though, but the officer who rejected it had no such power to do so under electoral law. That was just the simple prayer requested by Uzodimma legal team which was simply granted by the SC. Court judgement is simply based on what the law say, not what is good or bad.

I took my time to digest the more anticipated statement of Mr Tinubu and I have not seen a place where he defended the federal government against Amotekun. All he clamour for is a round table dialague between the southwest governors and the federal government on the best way they can come to term so that the operation can move forward.
