Jayjayconcept:Iran will not fold its hands while USA take advantage of them like they do UAE and Saudi. |
Way to go!! |
Obi should have remained in Labour Party. Together with Kwankwaso, they would have posed a serious threat to an extent to Tinubu. But him jumping to ADC, then after most of his people are settling in Adc, then jump to NDC.. The moment behind him has waned. Aside obidients on Twitter, nobody knows anything about NDC. Theirs high tendency LP will get more votes in 2027 sef. |

FOLYKAZE:He probably didn't set all these up, especially the facial recognition before transfer. |
I don't see Ell rufai getting released till after the election. I remember him saying he wrote two books about who tinubu is. He said he would release one by mid this year and the second by the end of the year. Definitely Tinubu must have feared whatever is going to be in the book. |
Bought 1kg for 10k. Used to be 8k o. Omo!! |
Emusan:I'm not supporting APC. The last time I voted was 2015, and I don't intend to vote next year. However, opposition needs to convince people like us on why we should come out to vote for them. |
Tonitoniton:So, to begin with, I wasn’t actually hypertensive. I had just adopted some lifestyle habits that were affecting my heart rate and blood pressure readings. For example, I was taking a lot of coffee because of exams, eating a high amount of toast bread, hardly exercising, and barely eating fruits. It got to the point where even small anxiety could trigger a very high blood pressure reading. The first thing I did was stop coffee. I also stopped toast bread. I cut down salt significantly in my food, only using a small amount occasionally in stew. I don’t really take sugar, and I cut it out completely. For fruits, I started blending watermelon and beetroot and storing it in the fridge. I take it in the morning and at night, about three days a week. I also try to eat at least one fruit after lunch—especially apples. Even one apple a day, or a slice of watermelon, helps. The most important change I made was walking. As simple as it sounds, it was the main factor that helped. If you’re using an iPhone, you can download the Apple Fitness app and aim for at least 5,000 steps daily. Take stairs whenever you can. Walking alone is still very effective. I usually do at least 8,000 steps a day, and I jog most of the time as well. Also, try to get good sleep. Walking actually improves sleep quality. Honestly, after changing my lifestyle, even while still on blood pressure medication, I started experiencing low blood pressure readings. That’s why I eventually stopped the medication. However, I wouldn’t advise anyone to stop their medication unless they consistently monitor their readings and confirm that their blood pressure has significantly improved.. |
Emusan:APC is a failure I mentioned it in my post. They failed woefully in security, and it has gotten worse under Tinubu than when he met it. However, the opposition telling how they'll fix it isn't them giving expo. Even if it's an expo, it's for the greater good of the country. Or would you rather allow your colleague to die despite having the antidote to cure their illness irrespect if any excuse? |
Obinoscopy:The best way to get people to vote out APC is for the opposition to come out and tell how they really going to handle these many failures of APC. Crime seems to be festering and appearing like there's no end in sight. |
Emmerlee:Yes always I have the machine. |
I almost died of hypertension last year. To make it worse, the doctor, instead of advising how to manage my health, he prescribed a drugs to manage the hypertension. I depended on the drugs and it got worse. Since I've changed what I eat and exercise everyday, its over 6months now since I trashed the drugs they gave me in the hospital.. And I have since been better than I've ever been in my life. |
givedemwotowoto:The tax reform aimed to tax the rich more than it taxes the poor. The people standing against taxation are mostly the poor because they don't really understand that it aims to help then more than it aims to harm them. Of course the best way to go by it is to write it in a language that they best understand so they don't constantly stand against it. That I believe is what he's driving at. |
He's following his words. "Money you don't spend isn't really yours; life is for the living" |
Dude is a confused clown. Trying to ring his name again 2031. He's not even sure Under which party he's contesting |
fineboynl:Did you read the article at all or you're just commenting based on the headline? |
iichidodo:You'll hardly see Arsenal go for a complete striker like that. |
femi4:Will you allow an intern doctor perform a surgical operation on you? |
Ezzymadu:Bros, answer my question or shut the bleep up |
DonBigE:Tell me logically, how Obi will make it better given the current situation in the middle east? |
Transport cost is crazily high because of the cost of fuel. No thanks to Trump war in Iran. The whole thing is starting to affect price of goods again and inflation is going up. Thunder fire that egotistical orange clown. Nigeria government needs to do something to alleviate this pressure on vulnerable people in the society. |
EU the toothless clowns. Their sanctions hold no water and will not deter the terrorist Israeli. The hypocritical EU know they're clowning and they just doing it for eye service. They know what to do if they really want this evil isrealie to stop killing innocent people. |
crestedaguiyi:Lol. Open your eyes. These are Wikes people |

Death of a loved one, especially of someone so close to your heart is the hardest to accept. It's even harder when they're fine and healthy before it suddenly occur. You have to take heart and get going. No one is created so beautiful or dearest to escape death. We will all leave one day. |
This is so funny ![]() biggy00000: |
