Early last month, I bought a rice from a vendor here in Lagos. The rice no matter how long it takes on fire, it is never enterly soft. And always take loong to cook. Plus I got sick all most through last month and I'm suspecting its as a result of that rice. It didn't occur to me though that it could be the rice and I bought again from same vendor this month, but this one is a lot soft and doesn't take time to cook. I have not gotten sick too. So my question is, is there a way to know a bad rice by merely looking at the grain? |
