My brother in the deen,dreaming about dead person sometimes signify the condition the person is.For example if you dream that you saw a dead person appearing to be like someone alive,perhaps that shows the person is in good condition.

But that dream of your cousin shouldn't be taken lightly,if he dies as a Muslim,help him by seeking a lot of forgiveness for him.And if you can tell his parent to also join the cause,it will make real sense.
