I reside at asaba,Cost of living here is killing including accomodation,school fees, food and the rest.
We have been to ph for work several times,and I kinda love portharcourt Cost of living there is very cheap and affordable.

A 3 bedroom apartment here asaba is 1.8 excluding those crazy agent fees and Billing.it is that bad that a sefcon here goes as high as 400-500k annually.
Its really crazy here.

However one can get a 2bedroom in interior villages here as high as 350k-400k but the luna that comes with these type of houses are lack of water,light and good road network.

A friend of mine completed some 2 bedroom flats at isele asagba and wants to rent it out for 700k which I see as too expensive. How much does that area normally rent?

Quite a difficult one. In terms of accommodation I think ph is better. Ph has more business opportunities too. Language is the same for both environments. If you need a more quiet life though asaba will be preferable with its attendant local delicacies for those that like natural food

I saw online where some people were complaining on odogwu Asaba page that Asaba doesn’t have good local restaurants for natural food
