Blord is just a hustler trying to make something out of life like most Nigerians like him and he is doing that through his businesses . He is smart about his real estate business as what he does is travel a few kilometers from a major city, meet the traditional ruler and land owners, buy their lands at very cheap prices, document ownership with government land registry , survey and carve it into phases 1,2,3…. and use his online platform to start selling. When he sells the first 100 plots from Phase 1 he reinvests the money in grading a road there and then solar street light and with that development he will double prices of Phase 2 and goes on and on. He also has moniepoint which many Nigerians use for bill payments, money transfer and online banking and gets %. He is also bringing in electric taxis he had custom built to his name in India and it has slashed the prices transportation in Awka because it doesn’t use petrol but solar and so on and so forth

Yes he has layouts he is selling similar to the Ibadan pictures you posted . It is located about 20-30 from Awka. The only infrastructure he provides are roads and gutters which he constructs after payment is completed on each phase by allotees and that cheap solar street lights and vigilante security

They don’t travel outside their zone to see other places and trend of things . Imagine showing pictures of an ordinary layout that’s a common sight scattered over all south east . I took a friend of mine from Oshun to Onitsha 20 years ago after NYSC . He saw Onitsha and said why are Igbos shouting marginalization if the federal government could build all these massive storey buildings. I told him it was built by individuals Igbos A-Z . I once read a report in an international financial magazine that says the refinery is uncompleted so he is probably using a non functional refinery to import and distribute fuel that way he makes profit and looks to Nigerians as if the refinery is producing fuel when it actual fact it’s not, just my opinion though

In 2023, the lowest price of transcorp stock was N3.19, it highest was N19.20

If you put 1m at N3.19 that is 313.5k shares
If you put 1m at N19.20, you will get 52k shares


In 2025,, the lowest price of transcorp stock was NGN 42.90 and the highest is N43

If you sell, 313.5k shares at 42.90, you will make N13.4m but your profit is 12.4m

If you sell 52k shares at N43, you will make 2.2M but your profit will just be N1.2M

So your profit depends on the amount of shares you have, the price you bought it and the price you sold it
