PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Is Asking Tough Questions, And Nigerians Are Listening. by rinzaugustine: 4:35pm On Jun 09, 2025
Peter Obi the man who won the 2023 elections but was stolen by Mahmoud and given to tinubu and now Tinubu’s abysmal failure worse than Buhari shockingly ; have now vindicated Obi . When God feels Nigerians have suffered enough, he will make Obi president to turn around Nigeria

Clowns creating unnecessary content creation to distract Nigerians from the good governance being expected from them since two years now…nothing to show except an uncompleted road…smh
CelebritiesRe: My Mum Told Me To Stay Close To Igbos” – Davido Reveals Emotional Truth by rinzaugustine: 10:36pm On Jun 08, 2025
Stay far from from Igbos and prosperity and progress will stay far from you. Your mothers advice worked for you or how else can you explain that today you are one of the greatest musicians in the world known even by presidents and footballers like like C Ronaldo and Messi?

press9jatv:
see na noise b-lord dey do joor. In sw here, na Yoruba man get Moniepoint, Pay point, flutter wave and you can't see them bragging the social media space. Some even have estate in lekki and you won't know. Too much noise always spoilt things.
Blord is I think less than 30 years and came from a poor background before he got to where he is now. If he is not making that noise how would you have known about him? There is a saying that closed mouths don’t get fed, so anyone who feels he has made enough can stay quiet but maybe he feels he hasn’t got to the point he wants in life. It’s all about the size of everyone’s personal ambition in life

Saudi league is for people nearing retirement not for a young guy like him. Money is never enough. He should pursue his future…. football future and talent instead

😂 it will take years to be completed. People hyped the guy no be small.
Blord is just a hustler trying to make something out of life like most Nigerians like him and he is doing that through his businesses . He is smart about his real estate business as what he does is travel a few kilometers from a major city, meet the traditional ruler and land owners, buy their lands at very cheap prices, document ownership with government land registry , survey and carve it into phases 1,2,3…. and use his online platform to start selling. When he sells the first 100 plots from Phase 1 he reinvests the money in grading a road there and then solar street light and with that development he will double prices of Phase 2 and goes on and on. He also has moniepoint which many Nigerians use for bill payments, money transfer and online banking and gets %. He is also bringing in electric taxis he had custom built to his name in India and it has slashed the prices transportation in Awka because it doesn’t use petrol but solar and so on and so forth

clintino700:
The billions spent on such project can never be recovered through IGR...
Misplaced priority. He should have built a 3 star hospital instead where medical professionals in diaspora of Enugu origin can come back to use and provide subsidized healthcare to the poor. In Enugu capital city today there is practically no street you don’t see a hotel so why another hotel again?

😂 big deal in your zone. I guess b-lord have estate too. I just dey laugh. No much estate in South east. Na tall buildings you people dey celebrate.
Yes he has layouts he is selling similar to the Ibadan pictures you posted . It is located about 20-30 from Awka. The only infrastructure he provides are roads and gutters which he constructs after payment is completed on each phase by allotees and that cheap solar street lights and vigilante security

kettykin:
Like which estate did you compare it with in Enugu, Abriba is finer than this. Independent layout is far finer, the estate is not a mid tier estate, odogwu will not look at it twice
They don’t travel outside their zone to see other places and trend of things . Imagine showing pictures of an ordinary layout that’s a common sight scattered over all south east . I took a friend of mine from Oshun to Onitsha 20 years ago after NYSC . He saw Onitsha and said why are Igbos shouting marginalization if the federal government could build all these massive storey buildings. I told him it was built by individuals Igbos A-Z . He stopped communicating after he left because he thought I was lying so most of them know practically nothing about the south east and igbos
PoliticsRe: Pictures Of Estate In Agodi, Ibadan by rinzaugustine: 6:07pm On Jun 07, 2025
press9jatv:
This estate beat some estate in Enugu State. I only pity some people that compared Ibadan city centre to some city in the South East.
You compare this to estates in the east? …smh . You people need to leave your zones and travel more otherwise your thoughts will remain decades back. This picture is not even up to Udoka estate Awka standard that was built 25 years ago . If you build this kind of thing you will be receiving third- fourth rate price. Travel to Enugu and see Zoo estate where plots are going from 250m up and you will delete all these your pictures
PoliticsRe: Civil War Was For Unity, Not Hatred — Gowon by rinzaugustine: 4:12pm On Jun 07, 2025
Clown You kept silent while Fulani have wiped out your entire community and you are still taking about civil war…my observation is that Nigeria is a dead country bereft of people and government with ideas and direction….the only thing that brings the country alive from dead is mention of Igbos and igbo people…. If you doubt me don’t mention anything Igbo for two days here in nairaland and you will see an online ghost land in nairaland immediately

All these gbas gbos no concern me, the one wey concern me be say Donald Trump said in his broadcast from the Oval Office while addressing him and Elon’s matter that prices are going down due to his policies and that a gallon of fuel is sold for $1.89 in some states (3024 naira per gallon which means 1 liter there = 756 naira) and this got me thinking 🤔 is Dangote and the APC government really telling the truth about Nigeria having the cheapest fuel price??
I once read a report in an international financial magazine that says the refinery is uncompleted so he is probably using a non functional refinery to import and distribute fuel that way he makes profit and looks to Nigerians as if the refinery is producing fuel when it actual fact it’s not, just my opinion though

The difference is that Obi will never smell the seat of the presidency! For 9ja politics it is not about the goodness of your heart but the ruggedity of your resources and ambitions. Obi is simply too nice/soft to collude with hyenas and grab them by the balls....Sad but true!
lol The post is about people from your region supporting corruption and destroying their own country when it favors them but you sounded more like a comedian by veering off point but go and stop Obi na since na you dey make presidents of Nigeria…common sense is not actually common…smh
PoliticsRe: Pinovibes Calls On EFCC To Investigate Tinubu's Government by rinzaugustine: 1:38pm On Jun 06, 2025
The most corrupt government in the world …you will never hear sowore the blackmailer mention this except say tinubu knows his way , same with Wole Soyinka, Adeboye, bakare , Odumakin etc.,.Imagine for one moment Peter Obi did 1 % of this they would all be screaming like hyena but people have realized the antics on nobody takes those people and their likes seriously anymore in Nigeria

Why dem no go big or why you think all those meats they throw behind the basin while killing cows for clients doesn’t belong to them? The best place to buy the cheapest meat from Nigeria are abattoirs because they didn’t pay for the meat most times

We get it, you can only support a failure from your own tribe.
We can never accept failures which you and your people know already. We have supported other tribes and they have always been successful. 98% support for Peter Obi from the most successful black race in Africa shows you the stuff Peter Obi is made of and how he could have transformed Nigeria. His tribe is inconsequential as every Igbo person have that common sense to know tribalism cannot put food on your plate but good governance

If our electoral system and judiciary weren’t working, then how did Adeleke from the opposition become governor? You all try to sound intelligent, but in reality, you're just hypocrites. Obi defected to multiple parties and that’s supposed to mean democracy is working? He visited Atiku, El-Rufai, and other opposition politicians, so now democracy is working?
so you expected Mahmoud to rig oshun elections few months to a national elections with an already predetermined candidate emilokan already concluded so that focus of Nigerians will shift nationally to the criminality in the organization and attract scrutiny? Use your brain

Will you say Nigerians are bad news to any country they are in?
I think the labanese just as the Chinese and are lots better for Africans than the westerners, reason being that they say in the country, integrate with the people and culture, build their lives and raise their kids locally. In short they become Nigerians, they have a stake, fully committed. The Americans, british, French etc are colonisers, they come exploit and leave. Eg go and check chevron, shell, Guinness etc most of their assets are leased, they can easily exit at a moments notice. The Chinese and Lebanese will buy property for residence and business and make their lives there.
Ofcouse you will always have those with kleg ie the bad eggs just as you have lots of nigerian doing dagbo in other countries.
You find them in mostly developing countries where the laws are lax . They exploit those loopholes which in 90% of the cases are illegal and ship 100% of the loot back to Lebanon tax free ….some of the kind of businesses they do are like few years back they were paying Nigerian farmers to plant rice and buy it from them and rebrand as made in Thailand thereby evading hundreds of billions in customs duties, also back in the 70s and 80s they relabeled luxury goods they actually imported from Taiwan as inferiors and charged higher prices to Nigerian elites who are crazy about made in overseas things, but over the years igbos have largely dislodged them from importation business presently because Igbos know how goods supply chain and distributon across Nigeria and west Africa works , so now I heard they those Lebanese Kora deal mostly in all these cocaine and hard drugs all over Nigeria now are largely responsible for it

Coming from people that rigged 98% of votes for their tribal candidate in the SE.
Exactly because that tribe east of Niger can never support a failure. I am even suprised why it was 98% . It should have been 100%/100% for Peter the best candidate most Nigerians have ever seen; in a working country where INEC is not slave to a mandate thief

Them full naija, especially in the 70,80 90s when naija was still good small. I had a pure British oyinbo boy that attended Jamb lesson with me 1989, the boy spoke Yoruba an igbo fluently also jumped molue to and fro, home to school. We use to give him a ride once in a while.
Omo, them plenty, we were boozing at "aunties" joint just opposite UI second gate in the 90s when a group of cars drove in. Na so we heae some voices speaking in Yoruba (with area boy tone) hailing auntie the owner of the joint, since I was backing the entrance my paddy told me to look back, omo they were all Lebanese men wearing native attire! If someone had said it was Mc Oluomo, koko zarie and their gang that worked in I would have believed. Pure Yoruba men only that they were Lebanese.
Those Lebanese are bad news to most countries they are in
InvestmentRe: If You Invested ₦1,000,000 On 30 May 2023 In The Nigerian Stock Market by rinzaugustine: 12:55pm On Jun 03, 2025
motymop:
These returns are lies. They are built on perception rather than truth.

The problem with this data is that they didn't say the price, they bought and sold.

They presented the data as if stocks is like a money doubling scheme where as there are other companies that did very poor.

In 2023, the lowest price of transcorp stock was N3.19, it highest was N19.20

If you put 1m at N3.19 that is 313.5k shares
If you put 1m at N19.20, you will get 52k shares

In 2025,, the lowest price of transcorp stock was NGN 42.90 and the highest is N43

If you sell, 313.5k shares at 42.90, you will make N13.4m but your profit is 12.4m

If you sell 52k shares at N43, you will make 2.2M but your profit will just be N1.2M

So your profit depends on the amount of shares you have, the price you bought it and the price you sold it
good analysis
