Secondly to remove all the soldiers and police men on the roads and deploy all of them to mix with the society ie a woman you see on the road roasting corn or selling vegetables maybe actually be a disguised soldier hiding a short machine gun under his tray casing the environment, listening to communication from his walkie talkie or mosquito size drones reviewing the environment, a group of Fulani boys riding cows on a highway might actually be members of the secret service of the arm forces disguised etc and they will be all over the society that your best friend you play football with might be a police espionage on mission without you knowing. Thirdly, a dedicated phone line like 911 even a child can call to report crime and swing the arm forces members without uniforms only identified by code names into action. No armed robber, kidnapper or bandit will see this and still continue as none of them wants to die

A coup was carried out in January 1966 by young military officers from many zones in Nigeria including Yorubas and Northerners but was dominated by igbos from present day south south, south east and then Midwest.
