Taking pictures and Celebrating symbolic nonsense that adds no value to the economy or improve naira value or repair bad roads or food prices in market is equal to rubbish. Seeking and snapping pictures with world leaders should be the prerogative of entertainers and online influencers and not the job of a president whose country is in total disarray and people dying from hunger as a result of his bolekaja economic policies with his incompetent, unqualified quack team

Imagine a group of people taking paracetamol on another person headache while their ancestral homelands are being taken over daily by very young Fulani herdsmen in oyo , oshun, ekiti, Ondo…killing the Obas , throwing their bodies into the river, stamping their authority and sending hundreds of thousands of Yorubas into exile from their homelands to go and become refugees in Benin republic since 2021. Similar to what happened to some middle belters who Fulani deceived to fixate their heads on igbo matter as army generals in the 60s, 70s and 80s . Today their ancestral homelands from benue , nasarawa , Jos north , parts of plateau, kaduna south , taraba south etc are now firmly in control and dominance of Fulanis with emirs and sarakis installed as heads in their ancestral villages. Same thing is happening in Yoruba ancestral lands today while some of them are focused on igbos who are fighting to protect their own lands. With current trend Twenty years from today most LGAs in Yoruba ancestral homelands with be in the hands and total control of Fulani. If you doubt it ask people of plateau about what happened in Jos north. I never believed it would happen as at 2001 but it happened . Make una continue living in day dream. Sunday Igboho discovered a full village inside Oyo where Fulani herdsmen had houses , exotic cars , generators , billions of naira in cash from robberies and kidnapping but instead of support buhari and his gang forced him into exile. Some fools are day dreaming that amotekun with their Chaka- kpoo guns can match Fulani herdsmen sophisticated weapons and machine guns…smh

All leads are welcome 🙏
Lucky you, wish I know how to cook Nigerian food. Nigeria food stuff stores are all over Dallas and Houston. They even hAve farm locations where they buy live goats to kill and share and vegetables too, though for vegetables most people use spinach which are readily available in Walmart and every neighborhood stores. Search for Nigerian food stores in Dallas on Facebook and Google . You will find many but if you don’t I will reach out to my friends in Dallas for their phone numbers

The rebels invited the trouble on themselves by saying they would attack Jerusalem. I know the timeline might be different from state to state, but I will appreciate it if anyone can share their experience with the state of Indiana in particular, or any other states.

Thanks guys

You are stingy with the truth, and because some of your comments about Lagos were unfounded, tell him how Marwa and IBB contributed to the state's development. These two people left the state in the 1990s, but you kept referring to them, as if Anambra State did not have former governors and military administrators. You might even claim that all of Obi Peter's predecessors did nothing.
Now that we know there is always a monthly federal allocation for each state, how has the Obi administration used its time to lay the groundwork for all of his successors to benefit from....
Obiano complained about all of the substandard roads built during Obi's administration, there were no school buildings for eight years of his administration, doctor went on strike for one year and two months in Anambra State during Obi's administration, pension officers were not paid, and people died during Obi's administration. Extrajudicial killings in Anambra State, with people thrown into Esusu.River. ....

His administration's only success was the brewery, which he used a family member as a shareholder in.
Most of the bridges, roads, government buildings for federal agencies, FESTAC town, Satellite town, 1,004 flats buildings etc was built by previous military presidents from Nigerian oil boom monies ( ask your parents they might tell you the truth) because dodan barracks was like the aso rock until 1991. Inspite of no oil boom now, travel to Abuja and see the massive trillions FG is spending there and ask yourself why no other state is being spent on like that. It’s because Abuja is the Federal Capital of Nigeria, just like Lagos was. When IBB left Olagunsoye Oyinlola as Military Administrator started Operation Sweep. Marwa took over and by the time he left power in 1999, Lagos had become the most secured city in Africa with investors coming in from all over Nigeria and Africa starting companies. Tinubu took over in 1999 and by 2021 a lot of people ran away. All those criminals that were chase away became agberos and there was no law and order. They were the bus stops all over Lagos and were either generating taxes for tinubu or robbing people day and night. Tinubu was more concerned with his fights with Bucknor Akerele and other politicians than the masses just like today. In fact there was one armed robber in mushin then they called Akanni who loves killing innocent people for fun after robbing them but it was gani Adams OPC that caught him in August 2001 and bought a large wooden cross with nails and crucified him in broad daylight. Go to tell magazine office in Lagos, but old copies and read about what happened under Tinubu as governor. Ask people who gani fawehimi (SAN) of blessed memory why he called Tinubu a fraud and criminal and sued him severally along with other people. Obi built and renovated several schools in Anambra .It was Reno the same man that called Tinubu a criminal that started all those baseless stories . Somebody responded to him on twitter and here on nairaland with pictures and dates of all the schools Obi built. Obi even built the major campus of Anambra state University and the teaching hospital so that one is a no brainer. Anambra was created in 1991 from Enugu but political god fathers almost ruined the state to the extent that it compared to Gombe and other states. Awka the state capital as at 2003 had only 4 hotels and land was dirt cheap. Development of the state started under Ngige who did a marvelous work in road construction but only stayed 34 months in power . Obi continued from there and into other sectors. Today the best governors in the history of Anambra state remains Ngige and Obi . Obiano is a total failure, partied everyday , ruined everything.. nobody counts him. Imagine receiving more than 200bn in naira value then , blowing it and blaming same predecessor Obiano is worse than Aregbeshola. Don’t mention him here please. That brewery park was less than 5% of what he built . He completed Orient refinery to 98% which made Anambra an Oil producing state. Built gigantic secretariats in the 21 LGAs of the state, built roads that connected the 177 communities in the state. The benefits today? Non that I see for his mumu predecessors except that Peter Obi roads that connected all 177 communities in the state now makes it easier for criminals to escape from every angle in state because Obi predecessors are normal brain dead politicians who knows nothing about running a society. Extra judicial killings? They were done by police and governors have limited control over them. Has discovery of those bodies stopped SARS from killing innocent young men extra judicially and disposing their bodies? Did end SARS stop the killings . No Governor can stop the extra judicial killing except the IG who is controlled and appointed by the president so that complaint should have been rightly directed to Tinubu. Don’t believe any of what I typed until you do a person independent research to confirm or debunk it because I don’t have time and won’t respond again but posted this to guide you to a research since you appeared like a curious online mind

Good day everyone.

I really appreciate this Wonderful trend.

Please I kindly need people advise on choice and best place to study in the US. I am planning to apply for a masters degree in the USA. I have experience working in the Oil and Gas Construction sectors with over 6 years. I have worked both in Nigeria and Kenya.

I am skilled in Project Planning and Scheduling.

So , please I need people in US to guide me better in which part of US to School, where I can easily get a good work after schooling.

Thank you so much , I really appreciate your guidance and advise.
Apply for PHD . In most schools in the US you don’t need a masters for PHD and many a fully funded meaning you can work and get paid while schooling. If I had see your post earlier I would have advised Rice University in Texas . Free application but applications for most PHD programs close December 1st so you have to plan for next year

I am at a cross road, I am currently doing my masters degree which I have two years to complete. The thing is that I applied for nursing program and I got admission. Right now I am confused on whether to complete the degree program before nursing or abandon my degree and continue the program.
you can transfer credits from current program into the nursing program, that way you have fewer classes to take

Hi guys,

Please, I will appreciate it if anyone knowledgeable about this can reply.

One of my relatives immigrant visas is on processing. We received a below message even after everything is submitted, now, we are not really clear on how to specifically attend to this. There's no any family member that can stand as a sponsor again here.

Instruction received:

" The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview. Note: You, as the sponsor, and any other sponsors household members and joint sponsors, must provide updated or additional evidence for the applicant to present at the time of their interview such as: Other income, Assets, Proof of current employment. You can continue to upload documents to CEAC up until the date of your visa interview "

My question, is it also possible to attach bank statement of the sponsor showing savings to that can cover the remaining fund required?

And, is there anyway we can contact CEAC?

This petition was filed in Dec 2022 and we are only waiting for this Mama interview date in Lag.

@Taal17, @Aestake , please guys

Thanks
It mustn’t only be a family member. Any body willing to sign the form can combine with your family member to meet the income requirements

During Obi's eight-year administration, Anambra State served as a litmus test for his Obi ingenious policies. I am sure you are proud of his performance, but consider Jagaban's 8-year administration in Lagos State....and compare thewe two former governors achievements, you will see that Nigerians made the right choice.

As a Lagos state governor, You do not need to be brilliant or extra ordinary intelligent to run the affairs of Lagos State before you could make an impact because the legacy and road map established by Jagaban still speaks on in spite of the fact that he is no longer the governor of Lagos State, but iAnambra State is presently run by a professor and an intelligent econmist, but the situation still struggle in the state.

It will be illogical decision to be comparing Obi and Jagaban together
Imagine comparing Obi with Tinubu that did nothing as a governor in his 8 years inspite of inheriting a former federal capital with best economy then from Babangida and after IBB left for Abuja Marwa did a marvelous job in boosting Lagos economy and security but tinubu ruined everything. It was under tinubu that house to house armed robbery started and I had to leave Lagos before Gani Adams formed OPC that drastically curtailed crime in Lagos, something tinubu couldn’t do. Most of the roads in Lagos was already constructed before tinubu starting from oil boom during Gowon, Obasanjo, Shagari, Idiagbon and IBB and the governors. Tinubu did practically nothing as governor except repairs.

Obi started from scratch while Tinubu inherited an already built state. Only the allocation tinubu Lagos state received under Tinubu first six months covered all the allocation Obi received in 8 years but he made judicial use of it and left the state with zero debt and billions of naira in cash but Tinubu left almost a billion dollars for fashola in debt with nothing much to show for it. The only area Tinubu is better than Obi is he had far better predecessors than Obi and had an Iron like grip on them unlike Obi whose predecessors were total disasters and Obi had no control over them even when he blew all the money he left on parties Obi still maintained he doesn’t believe in godfatherism
