Is it not possible what the Refinery is buying from US is AGO & Aviation fuel. They can make it look to Nigerians as if they are refined in Nigeria.

Last year, the Refinery made attempt to import PMS, I moved against it on nairaland. I still have link to it. Later, the Refinery jettisoned the idea of importing refined fuel.

The way things are going all the dollars invested by the Federal Government and the support from CBN are just wasted. All the hopes and aspirations just dashed.
