abbakacici:
why you guys like going to conclusion before hearing the whole story. let assumed he actually ask her to aborted the child but she refuse that does stop him from being the child father. and after 2 years he realise his mistake and want to take responsible and for some reasons he can't stay in the uk. you guys should know he has zero chance of winning a Child custody in UK because he has to proof that Nigeria is better environment for the child to grow than UK and the term ‘parental responsibility’ is used to describe all the rights and duties that parents have towards their children, for example, in making choices regarding:
Their education
Choice of religion or atheism
Acceptance or refusal of medical treatment

What will happens in the court room?

If he go to court he will need to explain his reasons for wanting custody. This is done in front of a ‘family panel’, which usually consists of three magistrates.

The magistrates will ask each parent questions about why you want custody and what your proposed arrangements would be. They will ask about how you will care for and provide for the child.

What will the solicitors ask me?

The solicitors for the other parent can ask questions about his lifestyle, finances, home arrangements, etc. They may also bring up any potential problems, such as violence, neglect or poor communication.

A court welfare officer may be appointed to assess the family home life (which will be in Nigeria) and provide a report to the family panel on how he care and interact with the child. They may also speak to the child to learn where they would like to live and why.

If he can't reach an agreement, the courts can make orders under Section 8 of the Children Act 1989. It is always advisable to have representation in court since appeals to the court are very expensive if something goes wrong on the day. Getting it right the first time with a specialist solicitor can save you time and money in the long run.
And your point is? So the right thing to do is to kidnap the child? You claim to know court proceedings but you aint better than a novice.

every story has two sides and as far as i'm concerned i have only heard one, secondly the child does not belong to only you,it belongs to the father and the mother in that order as Africans,so please dont think uk law applies in nigeria.if you have a problem with his family,i advice you go and mend fences not come online
Guy wetin u dey yan for Chrissakes? Do you know that abortion is a crime in Nigeria and kidnapping a bigger crime? Have you diligently analysed the legal implication of this particular case before you come here to tell us about some ridiculous African culture? #SMH#

It's natural for one's mouth to carry an odour because it's basically an ecosystem with hundreds of bacteria species living in there. So it only becomes offensive when that odour is overly pronounced most likely as a result of poor hygiene.

A revloving fund in a hosptal means it is money raised from services provided used to the operation. Now if there are no patients paying for the services where does the revolving fund get its money. Such money's are not provided by government but from what patients pay. That is why fee paying pharmacies and labs in teaching hospitals tend to render better services than those that offer "free" drugs and investigations. Because they make money they have money to restock. If when patients come back there are no funds to run the generators the same people will say the CMD wasted fuel during the strike. He is damned if he does and damnedd if he doesn't.
you've ended up quoting me yet saying the same thing.

Sylverbox: Dear Op am sorry to burst your bubble. You should be careful with the kind of false news you spread here. I happen to have trained in the very institution you are refering to and have friends who still work there.
Now I was there over the weekend and can tell You categorically that nothing, I repeat nothing is going on in the hospital. We have 2 very large diesel plants that power the entire hospital, many other dedicated backup generators for almost every department eg, Blood bank, Casualty, dialysis suite, radiology and orthopaedic wards. So any unit that feels they are 'working' should utilize their backup plants and stop all this ranting. JO really hates You.
It's you who's spreading very false rumour here! I'm a Physiotherapist in the said institution and our department has NO backup generator just like many others. The few that have are those under the revolving fund and have to depend on the management to release funds for fueling those generator sets. Feed the public with ONLY the truth!

So so true! I'm a Physiotherapist with the UUTH and i can authoritatively confirm this information as being very TRUE! It's really pathetic the extent a people can go to execute their evil motives. As a Physiotherapist my subunit which is the orthopaedic-outpatient saw 14 patients last friday alone (this is just 1 unit out of the 4 units of the Physiotherapy department) but our work has been made very difficult with the outage of power supply for the whole of last week. I'm about to set out for work this morning as our patients will still be visiting the clinic inspite of the NMA strike but my only concern is the impending lack of electricity which is going to cripple our efforts once again as made clear to us by the 'wicked' circular passed round by the deputy CMAC last week. My plea is that Nigerians should please ask NMA what their MOTIVE really is.
