5. Direct distribution and subsidization of fertilizers, seedlings, and grains to local farmers from strategic reserves.

6.Interest-free student loan financing handled through the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) for higher education students, backed by special recovered anti-corruption funds.

7. (CrediCorp).....Establishment of a credit guarantee and consumer loan framework to subsidize asset acquisition and boost financial leverage for working citizens.

8.Grants and SME Support Funds....
(Nano-Business) Non-repayable grants (such as ₦50,000 disbursements) directed to nano-businesses, market women, and petty traders.

9.MSME and Manufacturing Intervention Funds....

It is real because the governors have consistently told everybody that they are paying their debts,executing more projects,paying more workers than before(some even increasing it more than minimum wage),
Even if one wants to be partisan,the simple practical from the governors is a testimony that this regime FAAC is better than the previous ones when most states were bankrupt or almost bankrupt.They were owing 10,20,30 months salaries.Some governors were even called baba halfsah

If petroleum revenues are again consumed by subsidy before reaching the Federation Account, what happens to allocations to states and LGAs?

Inflation was 22% in 2023 when Tinubu came in and he shot it up to around 30% but he has been able to bring it down to15%....which is still high.
